Endfield Arknights: Endfield Best Teams
Version 1.0 Best Teams
Now that more time has passed and the TC community has crunched some numbers, we have a fairly decent idea of what are the standout teams in Arknights: Endfield.
Overall, these teams boil down to three categories:
- Laevatain & Physical Teams
- Avywenna Electric / Cryo Teams
- Other Teams
Laevatain
Laevatain
Laevatain
Ardelia
Wulfgard
Akekuri
This is a strong team that doesn't rely on any other limited character (besides Laevatain). Ardelia/Wulfgard are free and Akekuri is a 4-Star, making them essentially free.
Laevatain
Ardelia
Akekuri
Antal
For single-target content like Crisis, you can replace Wulfgard with Antal, but this change also depends on context. If you're running the Energy Laevatain build, you may need the faster Heat Inflictions from Wulfgard. On a traditional Hot Work build, Antal does well in boss fights.
Laevatain
Akekuri
Wulfgard
Gilberta
Gilberta can provide grouping and high Susceptibility values, making this one of the strongest Laevatain teams. Better for overworld activites on any Umbral Monument stage with multiple enemies.
Physical Teams
Pogranichnik
Lifeng
Endministrator
Chen Qianyu
This Physical squad appears to be the strongest variation of Physical teams at the moment. Pog and Lifeng raise the ceiling of the Physical team. (Especially at P1 for Lifeng)
However, the Physical archetype is extremely flexible, and players have been using a variety of setups to strong results:
- Double Vanguard
Pogranichnik
Endministrator
Chen Qianyu
Akekuri - Ember Stagger (Niche and may not be future proof)
Pogranichnik
Endministrator
Ember
Chen Qianyu
With a free 6-Star Selector, every player can receive a copy of Pogranichnik for free and build a strong Physical team by using a variety of Operators for the 4th slot.
Mono-Electric
Avywenna
Akekuri
Perlica
Antal
Avywenna
Akekuri
Perlica
Gilberta
The current Electric team revolves around
Avywenna as the main DPS, with
Akekuri SP Battery,
Perlica as Sub DPS/Buffer, and a flex slot that can be used by either
Antal or
Gilberta.
Avywenna requires good positioning to maximize the damage of her kit. Her second Potential also provides her big QoL to play. This can be a fun challenge for some players, or simply become a DPS loss for others.
On paper,
Arclight makes perfect sense on this team, however her resource generation is extremely bad and the damage doesn't make up for it. Using
Akekuri proved to be much more reliable in this team.
Cryo Teams
Tangtang release improved Cryo teams, not only by making them better to play but also by increasing their damage potential. Everything else remains the same: Xaihi remains a must in any Cryo team and both Last Rite and Yvonne are still competing for teammates.
Yvonne
Yvonne
Gilberta
Xaihi
Tangtang
Yvonne
Gilberta
Xaihi
Alesh
Yvonne
Perlica
Xaihi
Tangtang
Tangtang's AoE damage and Cryo Inflictions massively improved Yvonne gameplay feel and flow. While Gilberta is still an amazing option for Yvonne, Tangtang is another option to help Yvonne deal with multiple enemies and apply Inflictions. Running both is optimal, but you can replace Gilberta with Perlica, or Tangtang with Alesh.
Last Rite
Last Rite
Xaihi
Perlica
Ardelia
Last Rite
Xaihi
Perlica
Gilberta
Last Rite
Xaihi
Perlica
Tangtang
Tangtang can speed up rotations and deal with groups of enemies, leaving the bigger ones for Last Rite to burst down with her Combo + Ult. She's not a must and Last Rite is strong by herself (and Xaihi).
Tangtang
Surprisingly, Tangtang also works as a main DPS. Her damage output is above the expectations for a Sub-DPS and, unlike Last Rite and Yvonne, Tangtang is already good at dealing with AoE content.
Tangtang
Xaihi
Akekuri
Perlica
Low-cost team for Tangtang, using Akekuri and Perlica for SP Generation/Efficiency.
Tangtang
Xaihi
Akekuri
Gilberta
Tangtang is already good against groups of enemies, but nothing wrong with more grouping and Arts Susceptibility.
Tangtang
Xaihi
Alesh
Gilberta
This variation uses Alesh instead of Akekuri. Works really well since he can consume Cryo Inflictions to generate SP and solidify enemies. Just keep in mind you'll need Gilberta (or any unit capable of applying Physical Statuses) to shatter enemies, otherwise you won't trigger Alesh's Combo Skill.
F2P Physical
Physical teams can still be played without both Pogranichnik/Lifeng, but having both certainly makes the team stronger.
Examples:
Endministrator
Chen Qianyu
Da Pan
Akekuri
Endministrator

Lifeng

Lifeng

Ember

Chen Qianyu
Akekuri
Estella
Overall, you can't really go wrong with
Endministrator +
Chen Qianyu +
Akekuri + 1. Akekuri being able to hold
Thermite Cutter makes her a very valuable buffer for just about any team.
Other Teams
These other teams are certainly viable, but may not stand the test of time.
Wulfgard Main DPS
Wulfgard +
Akekuri /
Perlica /
Antal /
Ardelia /
Gilberta
Wulfgard is a straight-forward DPS Operator. While other characters have more strict team-building requirements, Wulfgard's kit is very self-sufficient, meaning you can fill the rest of your slots with a variety of other Operators.
Physical - Cryo Hybrid
Endministrator
Chen Qianyu
Alesh
Estella
Another accessible team is combining Physical and Cryo. This is effective due to Operators like
Alesh,
Estella, and
Snowshine all having synergy with Physical teams.
Alesh is a Sub DPS that can force Solidification on a Cryo Infliction (usually requires Cryo + Non-Cryo). Solidification will then trigger Estella's Combo Skill to apply Lift (1 Vulnerable Stack) and Physical Susceptibility. Estella's Battle Skill also applies the Cryo Infliction that Alesh utilizes for Solidification.
