Zhuang Fangyi Build Guide

Zhuang Fangyi - Perlica - Arclight - Gilberta

Due to the long cooldown on Zhuang Fangyi's Combo Skill, Perlica is highly recommended for Fangyi teams. The extra Electrification allows you to use her Battle Skill more often and deal more damage to enemies. Arclight helps with SP generation, and since Fangyi is both applying and consuming Electrification, she can trigger Arclight Combo Skill consistently.

If you don't have Gilberta, other options for the last slot includes:

• Akekuri: SP Generation
• Antal: Electric Buffs and extra Electric Inflictions
• Alesh: Requires Potential 3! Easy to use for ATK% buffs (if you're lucky)
• Tangtang: Great Sub-DPS. If using Brigand's Calling, doubles as a support for Zhuang Fangyi.

Weapons

Lone Barge - Best-in-Slot
Flickers in the Mist - Battle Pass Alternative
Oblivion - 6-Star Alternative

Lone Barge effect is really strong for Zhuang Fangyi, as it is easy to activate and provides massive DMG% boost to her Battle Skill. None of the other alternatives provides similar values of DMG% to her.

While Oblivion also provides a lot of DMG% and synergizes well with Zhuang Fangyi damage sources, the weapon provides Intellect, removing a lot of ATK from her compared to Will alternatives.

Gear

Gear Set: Xiranflow
Body: Xiranflow Light Armor
Gloves: Eternal Xiranite Gloves T1 / Qingbo Gloves
Kit 1: Xiranflow Baton
Kit 2: Xiranflow Baton

The Xiranflow set synergizes well with Zhuang Fangyi's gameplay and rotations, making it the best option for her. All the individual pieces provides both her Main and Secondary Attribute, providing a lot of ATK.

In case you don't need Ultimate Gain Efficiency, you can replace Eternal Xiranite Gloves T1 with the Xiranflow Gloves and replace one Xiranflow Baton with a LYNX Slab

Battle Skill > Combo Skill > Ultimate >= Basic Attack

Battle Skill will be your main source of damage, so no reason to not prioritize it. Combo Skill should be maximized for the reduced Cooldown, which helps you speed up your rotation.

Ultimate and Basics shares the same priority, with a higher attention to your Ultimate, since you can use it right at the beginning of the fight, depending on the content you are doing.

Potential 1: Four Symbols of Harmony

The first Potential is an interesting one. It gives a x1.15 multiplier to your Battle Skill damage without any changes on your rotation. It also increases the Ultimate Energy you generate through your rotation, but sadly it's not enough to completely remove Ultimate Gain Efficiency from her build. (You still need 9.6% with P1 and 600 SP + 3 Combos)

Potential 2: Acuity of Fine Details

Just raw stats, nothing much to talk about.

Potential 3: Sense and Response

Thanks to the extra Sunderblade from Potential 1, the SP return from this Potential won't hurt your Ultimate Gain breakpoints.

Potential 4: Absolute Composure

With this, you can completely remove Ultimate Gain Efficiency from your gear and still get your Ultimate with 600 SP + 3 Combos.

Potential 5: Storm of Transformation

Only a few potentials are able to ignore the enemy resistance, therefore, this is a strong potential for Zhuang Fangyi. The only minor drawback is that this is only active during her Ultimate.

Zhuang Fangyi plays around Electrifcation stacks, the higher the level, the better her effects. Use her Combo Skill to consume Electric Inflictions from the enemy and apply Electrification on them, her Combo Skill is unique as it can also upgrade an existing Electrification instead of just refreshing it.

Once the enemy is under Electrification (ideally Lv.2 or above), use her Battle Skill to consume the Electrification and stack Sunderblades on the field. You want to stack 9 Sunderblades on the field before using her Ultimate, as this maximizes her damage potential on every Battle Skill cast.
