Zhuang Fangyi - Arclight - Perlica - Liino

Thanks to her Combat Talent, Liino is SP neutral (or even positive) in Electric Teams. As a team that requires 200 SP on every cycle, Liino has an amazing value for Zhuang Fangyi, providing sustain, ATK, Electrification and Electric Amp for the entire team.

Avywenna - Perlica - Gilberta - Liino

Sadly, Avywenna teams won't get as much value from Liino's Combat Talent, as Avywenna has a very slow rotation that requires stacking Thunderlances on the field.

Arcane - Perlica - Gilberta - Liino

For some reason, Liino also provides Nature Amp. So Arcane can still make use of the healing, ATK and Amp effects Liino provides. Perlica can stack Electric Infliction on enemies and Arcane can consume them to apply Corrosion.

Since Liino's Amp effect scales with her Will, her Signature weapon is completely unmatched. High Will values and an ATK% buff that can be easily applied to the entire team. The only other recommended option is the Battle Pass alternative, but your Amp effect will be lower and instead of an ATK% buff, you'll get Arts DMG% increase.

Chimeric Justice provides some Ultimate Gain Efficiency, but the effects and stats are completely useless for Liino and her team.

For general use, Eternal Xiranite will provide good Ultimate Gain Efficiency and a team buff whenever using Liino's Ultimate. Some individual pieces can be adjusted, depending on the desired Ultimate Gain. (For example: replacing Eternal Xiranite Bracing Slab with Eternal Xiranite Auxiliary Arm)

• Max Healing / Damage Reduction

Gear Set: LYNX
Body: LYNX Cuirass T1 / Eternal Xiranite Light Armor
Gloves: LYNX Gauntlets T1
Kit 1: Eternal Xiranite Auxiliary Arm / LYNX Slab
Kit 2: LYNX Slab

In cases where someone else can already use Eternal Xiranite, Liino can use the LYNX Set. While the effect is very questionable and sometimes not needed, depending on the game mode it can be used for more consistent runs. You also have the benefit of running 2x LYNX Slab without losing the set effect.

• Combo Cooldown (Niche use)

Liino's Combo Skill cooldown is already very short (8s when fully upgraded), and Qingbo will only provide a -1.2s reduction to it. It's unlikely that this will be significant enough for your rotations, but it's still an option.

Ultimate > Battle Skill > Combo Skill >= Basic Attack

Liino's main utility comes from her Ultimate and Battle Skill, so focus on these two skills first. Leveling up the Combo can help with faster combos but, depending on the team, this might not be necessary.

Potential 1: Flawless Stage Work

P1 increases the ATK% Buff provides by her stances. It also speeds up your initial rotation by returning 25SP on her first Battle Skill cast. Keep in mind that this could change Ultimate Gain Efficiency breakpoints for some your units, as Liino's Combat Talent also return SP.

Potential 2: Committed Rehearsals

Just flat stats, nothing much to talk.

Potential 3: Longing for the Horizon

Faster Combos with more damage and healing. Good if you can find a way to consistently trigger her Combo whenever available (roughly 7s).

Potential 4: Meteoric Rhythm

Classic Ultimate cost reduction. Allows you to remove some UGE gear and get more Will to maximize her Amp effects.

Potential 5: Heart-Whipping Q&A

20% increase on the Nature/Electric Amp she provides for the entire team. It also increases the final damage of her Battle Skill and Ultimate by 20%, which is not something easy to ignore when she's stacking so much Will and benefiting from her own buffs.

Liino's Kit is very straightforward. Use her Battle Skill to create a field that heals and enhances your operators and use her Combo Skill whenever triggered. Once available and you're ready to spend your resources, use her Ultimate to create a stronger field that provides ATK and Electric/Nature Amp for your team.

Her Combat Talent also returns SP for the next Electric on Nature skill cast after her Combo. Paired with her Battle Skill's low SP cost, this means Liino is SP positive for your Electric/Nature teams. This comes with a possible downside, as returning SP means it hinders your Ultimate Energy generation, but with proper gear and rotation you can easily get around it.

Liino released on August 9th, 2026 along with the second half of the Homecoming version (1.4).

Banner: August 9th, 2026 until the Version 1.5 update (roughly September 2nd, 2026)

Her banner will likely last for 24 days. From there, she will be removed from the off-banner pool after 2 additional banners, making her total run time end in approximately late October.
