LiinoLiino is an Electric Support that specialized on supporting Electric teams. She can provide sustain, buffs and synergizes with Electric operators by restoring SP after they cast their Battle Skills. She's also capable of dealing damage passively and forcibly apply Electrification to enemies, making her a solid choice for Zhuang Fangyi and Arcane teams.

Depending on how Liino works, there are many gear options for her.
- If her Combo Skill recovers SP (instead of return), she could use
Frontiers, but it's unlikely to be the case. - If her Damage contribution is good,
Pulser Labs can be an option. 
Qingbo shortens the Cooldown and allows for faster Ultimates.
Eternal Xiranite is the go-to option, but relies on her Ultimate to trigger.
Some of the individual pieces can also change, depending on Ultimate Gain breakpoints.

Liino Kit Breakdown: Electric Support/Healer
Battle Skill: Costs 20 SP. Creates a field that heals operator, increases ATK and deals damage to enemies.
Combo Skill: Triggers when her Battle Skill is active and Arts Reaction is consumed or applied on an enemy. Deals damage, heals the controlled operator and generates additional Ultimate Energy to herself.
Ultimate: Heals the entire team and creates a stronger field, dealing damage and forcibly applying Electrification. The field continuously heals, grants ATK and Electric/Nature Amp to allies, and deals damage to enemies.
Combat Talent: After casting her Combo Skill, using other operators' Electric Skill will restore a small amount of SP (10 SP).

Thanks to her Combat Talent, Liino is SP neutral (or even positive) in Electric Teams. As a team that requires 200 SP on every cycle, Liino has an amazing value for Zhuang Fangyi, providing sustain, ATK, Electrification and Electric Amp for the entire team.
Avywenna - Perlica - 
Gilberta - Liino
Sadly, Avywenna teams won't get as much value from Liino's Combat Talent, as Avywenna has a very slow rotation that requires stacking Thunderlances on the field.
Arcane - Perlica - Gilberta - Liino
For some reason, Liino also provides Nature Amp. So Arcane can still make use of the healing, ATK and Amp effects Liino provides. Perlica can stack Electric Infliction on enemies and Arcane can consume them to apply Corrosion.

JET: 6-Star Alternative
Chimeric Justice: F2P
Sadly, there are no weapons with good team utility and synergy for Liino, which means that her Signature and/or Battle Pass weapon will be highly recommended over any of the above options.
JET is mainly for Liino damage, which is unlikely to be significant. Chimeric Justice provides some Ultimate Gain Efficiency, but the effects and stats are completely useless for Liino and her team.

For general use, Eternal Xiranite will provide good Ultimate Gain Efficiency and a team buff whenever using Liino's Ultimate. Some individual pieces can be adjusted, depending on the required Ultimate Gain.

Liino's Combo Skill cooldown is already very short, and Qingbo will only provide a -1.5s reduction to it. It's unlikely that this will be significant enough for your rotations, but it's still an option.
How to Play
Liino's Kit is very straightforward. Use her Battle Skill to create a field that heals and enhances your operators and use her Combo Skill whenever triggered. Once available and you're ready to spend your resources, use her Ultimate to create a stronger field that provides ATK and Electric/Nature Amp for your team.
After casting her Combo, feel free to spend energy on Electric Skills, as they will restore some SP!
Release Date
Liino will release on August 9th, 2026 along with the second half of the Homecoming version (1.4).
Banner: August 9th, 2026 until the Version 1.5 update (roughly September 2nd, 2026)
Her banner will likely last for 24 days. From there, she will be removed from the off-banner pool after 2 additional banners, making her total run time end in approximately late October.
