Endministrator Build Guide

IMPORTANT NOTE: The team order matters for Endministrator teams! That's because when triggering multiple Combo Skills, the Combo Skill priority is determined by the Team Slot!

Estella Alesh Chen Qianyu Endministrator

Cryo-Physical hybrid team that deals a lot of damage through Shatter and Crush. Alesh interacts with Originium Crystals to recover SP and can consume Cryo Inflictions to force Solidification on enemies. This triggers Estella’s Combo Skill which applies Physical Susceptibility and Vulnerable, increasing Endministrator’s Damage Output. Use Chen to apply Vulnerable Stacks and remember to use Estella's Ultimate after applying Physical Susceptibility for even more Vulnerable Stacks.

Chen Qianyu Ardelia Endministrator Akekuri

F2P Physical Team if you don't want to invest in the Cryo-Physical Team and you're lacking both Pogranichnik and Lifeng. Once you get either of them, you can replace Ardelia (or Akekuri if Ardelia's Sustain is useful for you).

Pogranichnik Lifeng Endministrator Chen Qianyu

This team uses both Endmin and Pogranichnik as Vulnerable consumers. Pogranichnik applies Breach, which increases the Physical Damage received by enemies, and the Endministrator applies Crush, which deals massive damage based on the number of Vulnerable stacks. Managing Vulnerable stacks and Breach uptime is really important to maximize the damage on this team.

Note: It's not recommended, but you can play Endministrator with Da Pan. You can use Da Pan to apply Vulnerable stacks for Endmin, but the other way around is not recommended since the only way to apply Vulnerable is by starting your rotation with Endmin's Battle Skill. It's much better to use only one of them and use another support to boost their damage even further.

Weapons

• Best-in-Slot: Grand Vision
• Alt: Eminent Repute
• Alt (F2P): Sundering Steel

Grand Vision has synergies with Originium Crystals, making it the best option for Endministrator’s Damage. It massively increases the damage of the next Battle Skill or Ultimate after using Endministrator’s Combo Skill, so it fits naturally with the gameplan.

Eminent Rupture is another option that focuses on consuming Vulnerable Stacks from enemies to increase the whole Team ATK. It has lower damage potential for the Endministrator, but provides some utility for Physical Teams that can apply multiple Vulnerable Stacks.

Sundering Steel is a F2P option in case you lack any of the 6-Stars Weapons mentioned before. Just keep in mind that the only Endministrator Skill that applies a Physical Status is their Battle Skill.

Gear Sets

• Gear Set: Swordmancer
• Armor: Swordmancer Heavy Armor
• Gloves: Aethertech Gloves / LYNX Gloves
• Kit 1: Swordmancer Flint
• Kit 2: Swordmancer Flint

Swordmancer is great for the utility it provides, however, since the only Endministrator Skill that applies a Physical Status is his Battle Skill, and you're always using it to consume 4 Vulnerable stacks, you won't be using the extra hit that much. The 20% Stagger Efficiency is still useful and the individual pieces gives great stats. LYNX Gloves can be used for Ultimate Gain Efficiency, but the stats are worse than Aethertech Gloves.

• Kit 1: Bonekrusha Mask
• Kit 2: Bonekrusha Mask

Bonekrusha Set gives a massive damage increase for Endministrator’s Battle Skill, but it's important to note that Bonekrusha Mask only increases the damage against Staggered enemies. So save your burst for when the enemy is staggered, otherwise Swordmancer utility will be much better for you.

Battle Skill > Combo Skill >= Ultimate > Basic Attack

Most of Endministrator’s Damage comes from the ability to break Originium Crystals and consume Vulnerable Stacks when using their Battle Skill. This is further incentivized by his first Potential which regenerates SP when using the Battle Skill to break Crystals.

For that reason, Battle Skill is upgraded first, followed up by both Combo Skill and Ultimate. Basics are your last priority, but should be leveled up whenever possible since Endministrator’s Combat Talent increases the Physical Damage against enemies with Crystals on them. So you can use some basics/finisher before shattering Crystals for increased damage potential.

Endministrator’s Potentials are Free and unlocked as you progress in the game. Currently, only the first two potentials are available for the Endministrator.

Potential 1 rewards you for using Endministrator’s Battle Skill to break Originium Crystals, as it returns some SP for you when doing so. More SP means more Battle Skills, which means more Vulnerable Stacks and better Damage Output.

Potential 2 allows the Endministrator to share some of the ATK they get when consuming Originium Crystals with the team. Great for your Team Damage without changing anything on your gameplay.

The Endministrator gameplay is really simple: Trigger someone else's combo skill so you can trigger the Endministrator’s Combo Skill, dealing damage and applying Originium Crystals to the enemy. Use their Battle Skill or Ultimate to consume the Originium Crystals, dealing extra damage and activating Endministrator’s Combat Talent, which increases their ATK for 15s.

Endministrator’s Battle Skill applies Crush to enemies, which is Physical Status that consumes all Vulnerable Stacks from enemies to deal massive damage. If you can, applying Vulnerable stacks to enemies before using the Endministrator’s Battle Skill can massively increase your Damage.

This can be done with a variety of other Operators, such as Chen Qianyu, who is also a free Operator you receive early in the game.

Endministrator will release on January 22nd, 2026 along with the release of Arknights: Endfield.

Since the Endministrator is the main character, you will start the game playing as them and be able to obtain Potential copies (dupes) by progressing your account / the story.
