Endministrator - Perlica - Chen - Akekuri

Complete Starter/F2P team. Definitely not the best Perlica or Endministrator Team, but Perlica can make use of Wild Wanderer to increase both her and Endministrator/Chen damage output. Chen can apply Vulnerable Stacks to enemies using both her Combo and Battle Skill. Akekuri generates more SP for more Vulnerable Stacks.

Endministrator - Chen - Alesh - Estella/Snowshine

A more specialized team that doesn’t require any 6-Star Operators. Alesh interacts with Originium Crystals to recover SP and can consume Cryo Inflictions to force Solidification on enemies. This triggers Estella’s Combo Skill which applies Physical Susceptibility and Vulnerable, increasing Endministrator’s Damage Output. You can replace Estella with Snowshine for more Sustain but lower damage potential. 

Endministrator - Lifeng - Ember - Ardelia

Full 6-Star Team with a lot of Physical Status. This team lacks SP generation and you need to be careful when consuming SP. Ardelia requires an enemy with no Vulnerable or Arts Infliction to trigger her Combo Skill, which is important for her Battle Skill as that’s the only source of Corrosion. Lifeng should use his Battle Skill after the Endministrator consumes all Vulnerable Stacks in order to apply Physical Susceptibility.

You can replace Ember or Lifeng with Akekuri for SP generation. Replacing Lifeng with Chen is also fine, as Chen is much easier to use compared to Lifeng. If using Akekuri, you can also replace Ardelia with Gilberta for better AoE and some Physical Status.

Grand Vision has synergies with Originium Crystals, making it the best option for Endministrator’s Damage. It massively increases the damage of the next Battle Skill or Ultimate after using Endministrator’s Combo Skill, so it fits naturally with the gameplan.

Eminent Rupture is another option that focuses on consuming Vulnerable Stacks from enemies to increase the whole Team ATK. It has lower damage potential for the Endministrator, but provides some utility for Physical Teams that can apply multiple Vulnerable Stacks.

Sundering Steel is a F2P option in case you lack any of the 6-Stars Weapons mentioned before. Just keep in mind that the only Endministrator Skill that applies a Physical Status is their Battle Skill.

Bonekrusha gives a massive damage increase for Endministrator’s Battle Skill. It’s better used on a Physical Focused team, as it allows you to maximize Vulnerable Stacks before exploding all of them. You can change Bonekrusha Mask to the T1 variant if there’s not enough Stagger on your team.

Swordmancer Set adds some extra Stagger to Endministrator, which helps hitting Stagger nodes or Stun enemies faster. Swordmancer Individual Pieces also gives a lot of Physical DMG to the Endministrator. Good for general use.

Battle Skill > Combo Skill >= Ultimate > Basic Attack

Most of Endministrator’s Damage comes from the ability to break Originium Crystals and consume Vulnerable Stacks when using their Battle Skill. This is further incentivized by his first Potential which regenerates SP when using the Battle Skill to break Crystals.

For that reason, Battle Skill is upgraded first, followed up by both Combo Skill and Ultimate. Basics are your last priority, but should be leveled up whenever possible since Endministrator’s Combat Talent increases the Physical Damage against enemies with Crystals on them. So you can use some basics/finisher before shattering Crystals for increased damage potential.

Endministrator’s Potentials are Free and unlocked as you progress in the game. Currently, only two potentials are available for the Endministrator.

Potential 1 rewards you for using Endministrator’s Battle Skill to break Originium Crystals, as it returns some SP for you when doing so. More SP means more Battle Skills, which means more Vulnerable Stacks and better Damage Output.

Potential 2 allows the Endministrator to share some of the ATK they get when consuming Originium Crystals with the team. Great for your Team Damage without changing anything on your gameplay.

The Endministrator gameplay is really simple: Trigger someone else's combo skill so you can trigger the Endministrator’s Combo Skill, dealing damage and applying Originium Crystals to the enemy. Use their Battle Skill, Ultimate or any other Operator’s Attack that applies Physical Status to consume the Originium Crystals, dealing extra damage and activating Endministrator’s Combat Talent, which increases their ATK for 15s.

Endministrator’s Battle Skill applies Crush to enemies, which is Physical Status that consumes all Vulnerable Stacks from enemies to deal massive damage. If you can, applying Vulnerable stacks to enemies before using the Endministrator’s Battle Skill can massively increase your Damage.

This can be done with a variety of other Operators, such as Chen Qianyu, who is also a free Operator you receive early in the game.

Endministrator will release on January 22nd, 2026 along with the release of Arknights: Endfield.

Since the Endministrator is the main character, you will start the game playing as them and be able to obtain Potential copies (dupes) by progressing your account / the story.
