Weapons
The original main loadout here consists of with the Kill Drone Underbarrel, alongside a torgue-licensed part so it nets you access to
Torgue Head Ringer for a completely passive on-shot boost.
- The
Goalkeeper AR can spawn with Kill Drones, although it doesn't seem to get Torgue parts. It's still more than enough until you replace it with a perfect purple.
Tediore Pistol Attack Drones are just okay and can spawn with torgue-licensed parts. They don't last as long though.
You can and should bring other underbarrel choices with you. The list includes:
Alongside this, you can bring any other good weapon you enjoy using for actual shooting or just dealing with vile crystals, like Balor
Jakobs Shotgun,
Hot Slugger,
Darkbeast,
Stray, Piktun
Order Sniper and the many other good guns available in the game.
Repkit
Triple Bypass with Amp is the highest consistent Repkit synergy we can get for this, since it's a gigantic on-shot damage boost.
Order Repkit with Amp + Enrage is perfect for bossing. Bleed double dips Enrage's damage boost.
Ordnance
Here you mainly want something to deal with Vile Crystal enemies, or increase bossing damage.
'Crit Knife'
Jakobs Grenade is free damage for bossing.
Slippy,
Waterfall,
Blockbuster, Skully or any other grenade you like.
Heavy Ordnances with high base damage can be alright, since you can Repkit for
Blood Shot and open with a high damage shot. A
Torgue Heavy Weapon or
Maliwan Heavy Weapon are nice for that.
Class Mod
Provides the most consistent damage boost and protects our
Blood Is Power boost.
As for skill rolls,
Blood Is Magic (which is actually Skill Damage) gives the most consistency, since it simply passively boosts the damage of
Blood Shot.
Grave Thirst can provide bursts of damage through
Blood Is Power, however it will fall off on most bosses since this setup does not use
Mortal Terror.
Stat rolls to look for are:
- Kinetic Damage (Bleed double dips this modifier)
- Skill Damage (Bleed double dips this modifier when using Blood Shot)
- Skill or Gun Crit Chance (either works, but Skill applies to both the Bleed and the Drones)
Any of these stats are a good roll for this. My preference would be between Skill Crit Chance or Kinetic Damage.
Possibly the best and most consistent for bossing with many of the underbarrel options. Shines even more on bosses that have accessible crit spots depending on the underbarrel you use.
Ideal Skill rolls would be:
- +5
Bloodletter: +2
Leeching Attunement or +2
Material Components
Stat rolls to look for are:
- Kinetic Damage or Skill Damage;
- Status Effect Chance;
- Skill Crit Chance.
If you have
Groundbreaker on... this can do things. Great choice for bossing in that case.
Ideal Skill rolls would be:
+5
Reverburnations; +2
Fell Inscriptions
A bit of a gimmicky bossing choice, but cool and effective. The Drones, Tasers, Space Laser and Spread Launchers can trigger
Deadwire quite well. A well-rolled version of this class mod is great for many of the underbarrels.
Ideal Skill rolls would be:
- +5
Deadwire; +2
Target Prescience
Stat rolls to look for are:
- Kinetic Damage and/or Skill Damage;
- Skill Crit Chance and/or Gun Crit Chance
- Status Effect Chance
Shield
Guardian Angel with 150% Amp is the best choice for using Psion or Transistor Class Mods.
Watts 4 Dinner with 150% Amp is the general best for
Teen Witch.
Protean Cell is another offensive option, although mostly workable with
Teen Witch, unless you're quick enough with the others.
Enhancement
For stat rolls on any enhancement, look for
- Gun Damage
- Gun Type Damage
- Gun / Gun Type Crit Damage
- Weapon Equip Speed (for ease of use of the Underbarrels)
Head Ringer
Torgue Enhancement
- This is the usual main choice whenever a weapon has a torgue license attached or is torgue-manufactured. The exception usually being when the underbarrel you're using is attached to a Vladof weapon.
- A Gun Splash Radius or AR Splash Radius roll can be enough radius to instantly destroy the orbs during the first phase of the Bloomreaper using
Torgue AR with 'Airstrike', without needing to slot the firmwares that boost radius.

Jakobs Enhancement
Dog Movement; Underdog
Vladof Enhancement
- If you want to focus on Tasers, or if the underbarrel you're using is attached to a Vladof weapon.
