Unlock Location:
- Progress into Dominion region.
- Complete the Below the Surface side quest.
- Doing so unlocks Vile experiments, the boss that drops
Goalkeeper.
Farm Method:
- Defeat Experiments after completing the quest.
- Return to the arena if you’ve already killed him once.
- Use the Encore Machine to respawn him for repeated farming.
- Farm until Goalkeeper drops.
