Unlock Location:
- Progress into Carcadia Burns region.
- Complete the Fault Finding side quest.
- Doing so unlocks Genone, the boss that drops
Oscar Mike.
Farm Method:
- Defeat Genone after completing the quest.
- Return to his arena via the map if you’ve already killed him once.
- Use the Encore Machine to respawn him for repeated farming.
- Farm until Oscar Mike drops.
