What are the tiers for LoL?

League of Legends has nine tiers of ranked players. From worst to best, the nine tiers are: Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Master, Grandmaster, and Challenge.

How do you read the LoL tier list?

First, choose your ELO, either low (Iron to Plat) or high (Diamond to Challenger). Second, find your chosen role that you want to play. Lastly, explore the different champions by their tiers (S = Optimal, A = Great, B = Good).

Which LoL tier list should I look at?

It will depend on each player, but we generally recommend the low ELO list until you hit high Platinum or low Diamond. Once you get to upper Diamond, check out the high ELO list.
