In Arknights: Endfield, the Element system assigns each Operator a specific Arts element that shapes how their attacks interact in combat - causing different effects and reactions when combined with other elements. Elements influence enemy weaknesses and resistances, and landing elemental hits applies Arts Inflictions that can trigger extra damage or status effects when stacked or crossed with other elements

Physical Element Characters
The Heat element represents fire-based Arts that deal increased Heat damage, burning enemies over time and excelling at clearing clustered foes. When Heat is applied after another element (Cryo, Nature, or Electric), it triggers the Combustion reaction, inflicting heavy Heat damage over time.
