In Arknights: Endfield, the Element system assigns each Operator a specific Arts element that shapes how their attacks interact in combat - causing different effects and reactions when combined with other elements. Elements influence enemy weaknesses and resistances, and landing elemental hits applies Arts Inflictions that can trigger extra damage or status effects when stacked or crossed with other elements

Cryo Element Characters
The Cryo element embodies ice-based Arts, dealing additional Cryo damage that exploits enemy weaknesses or be resisted by those strong against ice. Cryo attacks apply Cryo Inflictions to enemies, which contribute to elemental interactions and combat strategy. When combined with other elements (Nature, Electric, Heat), Cryo can trigger the Solidification reaction, immobilizing foes and setting them up for further pressure.
