Endministrator Chen Qianyu Ember Akekuri

F2P Friendly team focused on Vulnerable applications. Akekuri highly benefits from the increased stagger Ember can apply to enemies, but you can also replace her with other options depending on your availability, such as Catcher, Ardelia, Gilberta, Lifeng or Pogranichnik.

Ember Lifeng Chen Qianyu Pogranichnik

A Premium Version of the Previous team that focuses on applying as much Physical Status as possible. Ardelia can replace Ember for Physical Susceptibility, Corrosion and more Sustain.

Ember Perlica Akekuri Antal

Another F2P Friendly team but focused on Arts Damage. Ember Vulnerable application is pointless here, but you can still provide a lot of extra utility and Antal can increase the damage of your Battle Skill and Ultimate.

Build Recommendations are based on Weapons/Gear from Beta 2. Multiple Equipment pieces have changed for release. Stay tuned for updates.

Weapons

• Best-in-Slot: Sundered Prince
• Alt: Thunderberge
• Alt: Finishing Call

If you’re on-fielding Ember (you should), Sundered Prince is the best option for her. It’s great for both the increased damage and utility it provides.

If you want to go for a more “traditional” setup, both Thunderberge and Finishing Call increase Ember’s healing and shielding potential.

Gear

• Gear Set: Eternal Xiranite
• Armor: Bonekrusha Poncho
• Gloves: Eternal Xiranite Gloves
• Kit 1: Eternal Xiranite Auxiliary Arm
• Kit 2: Eternal Xiranite Auxiliary Arm

Ember protects herself after every Combo and Battle Skill, making it easier to trigger this set and keep a high uptime on it.

• Armor: LYNX Heavy Armor
• Gloves: LYNX Gauntlets
• Kit 1: LYNX Aegis Injector
• Kit 2: LYNX Aegis Injector

If you want to maximize Ember’s Heal Potential, LYNX is the best option.

Combo Skill = Ultimate > Basic Attack = Battle Skill

Level up her Combo Skill first for increased healing. Everything else is for damage, and it’s low priority compared to your DPS Operator's skills.

Ember Potentials increases her healing and damage reduction effects, making their value dependent on the content and the player. Potential 5 is the most noticeable one, as it adds an ATK% buff to her Ultimate.

Keep in mind that vertically investing in Arknights Endfield is not recommended and you should treat these as a bonus damage/utility for your Operator.

Ember gameplay is really straightforward, you just walk to enemies and they tremble in fear of what’s to come. She gets increased ATK by taking damage from enemies, can retaliate using her Battle Skill and doing so inflicts increased stagger to enemies. 

And you shouldn’t worry about dying, as Ember’s Combo Skill can heal the controlled operator and she takes reduced damage whenever she uses her Battle or Combo Skill. Not enough? Her Ultimate can Shield every teammate based on her Max HP while also dealing damage to enemies.

But as any “Jack of all trades”, there’s nothing outstanding about her. For the amount of utility she provides using a single slot of your team, she’s amazing, and she will fill that final slot in your team while you’re waiting for a specific operator.

Ember will release on January 22nd, 2026 along with the release of Arknights: Endfield.

Ember is a Standard Operator, meaning they are permanently available through the gacha system.
