Evelyn, Lighter, Astra

Post 2.2 Changes:
Evelyn can now use 4p Astral Voice, with Astra holding Moonlight Lullaby and Lighter with King of the Summit. The ceiling with Hormone Punk is still the highest however.

• Aim for 75% Base Crit Rate on Evelyn, the final 25% is provided by her Core Passive: Entangle
• PEN Ratio 5 and 2pc Puffer Electro is the ideal choice with Lighter and Astra on the team, but any matching 2pc can be used depending on substats - Branch & Blade Song, Astral Voice, Inferno Metal, etc.
• Evelyn doesn't have a dedicated 4pc set, so her best options are generic disc sets - Hormone Punk, Woodpecker Electro or Puffer Electro.
• Marcato Desire and The Brimstone are decent F2P W-engine alternatives.

• Prioritize Crit Rate 4 and Crit Rate substats to maximize King of the Summit (50%+ Crit Rate)
• 2pc Shockstar Disco is ideal to maximize Lighter's buff while also increasing his daze output
• Hellfire Gears is a good F2P alternative, providing enough Impact with EX Special usage to max out Lighter's buff. Steam Oven is also useable, Lighter's buff cannot be maxed out but it doesn't require EX usage.

Alternatively, Lighter can hold Astral Voice, with Astra holding Moonlight Lullaby depending on stat balance/buff, but there is little difference

• Astra's Core Passive: "Graceful Andante" scales based on her initial attack and is capped out at ~3430 attack. Prioritise ATK% and flat ATK mainstat/substat rolls to best maximize her buff.
• Energy Regen 6 and Energy Regen on W-Engine are also important to maximize her buff uptime. Reaching the attack threshold while using Energy Regen 6 requires heavy disc investment, so it is often better to sacrifice some attack to gain more Energy Regen.
• Elegant Vanity solves these problems, otherwise Kaboom the Cannon is a great alternative
• Astral Voice is her dedicated disc set, choose between 2pc Swing Jazz or Hormone Punk depending on what you are lacking.
