ZZZ Zenless Zone Zero Tier List

Placement within a tier is ordered by Role, not by Ranking.

The Tier List ranks a character's performance relative to others in the endgame, with a slant towards an Agent's overall strength. The endgame is considered as Shiyu Defence and Deadly Assault, including standard and hard modes.

As the endgame is constantly rotating with different buffs and enemy line-ups, this can cause certain Agents to do better/worse depending on the current shill cycle. This is partially considered for placement, but evaluated over a longer, multi-patch period (4+) to prevent large fluctuations and account for semi-persistent role-specific shills (e.g. a string of Anomaly bosses improving the class' performance as a whole).

How strong a character is generally is also factored in, being determined by either their potential damage output (if a damage dealer) or their value add to a team (if supportive). There can be overlaps as Agents can work across roles, and the exact nature of a value add is flexible (e.g. high Daze application can be better than raw buff value, or a Stunner's personal damage contribution can make up for lower Daze/buffs).
