Tiers are ordered by Role -> Rank -> Alphabetical, not by ranking

Tier 0

With the release of Lucia (Rupture Support), Yixuan is also moving up to T0. With a Limited replacement for Pan Yinhu, the team's performance has increased substantially. There's also argument to add Ju Fufu into T0 as well with more Rupture Agents releasing. Version 2.x is very favored for Rupture Agents, so things can always change in the future, but as of right now, they're the main focus of the game's Agent design.

Astra Yao & Yuzuha are both S-Rank Supports that provide immense buffs to teams. Yuzuha will work great with Anomaly teams, and Astra Yao is more generic since she provides Quick Assists and more universal buffs.

It's fair to say that any team in the game would be made stronger or optimal by including one of the three Limited Support Agents.

Lastly, we have Nicole, who is simply one of the best Agents for any account. She doesn't provide as much buff power as Astra Yao, and her skill floor is also higher to use. However, many teams can run double support with Astra Yao + Nicole or Yuzuha + Nicole and perform close to BiS or sometimes even be BiS. Whenever Deadly Assault buffs have DEF Shred, Nicole shines even more during those weeks as her DEF Shred becomes stronger.

While Nicole's DEF Shred doesn't help Rupture Agents, she still pairs well with Yixuan due to her Crit and Ether DMG buffs. The fact that Nicole pairs with almost any Agent in the game as a very strong meta Support is reason to put her into T0.

Tier 1

In a vacuum, Miyabi is still one of if not the best DPS Agent in the game. She can work with almost any teammates, does incredibly high damage, and has an approachable kit with a high ceiling. However, more and more content is being designed to be difficult for her, such as unfreezable bosses or high Anomaly Resistance. Against the right bosses like Butcher or Bringer, Miyabi will still shine, but her ability to brute force content is decreasing rapidly, which is why we've moved her down to T1 for now.

The rest of the DPS/Support Agents are all solid. They are all powerful Agents in their own right, and excel at different content/bosses.

Evelyn Orphie & Magus Seed Soldier 0 - Anby Alice Vivian Yanagi Yidhari

All of these DPS Agents can perform extremely well in Deadly Assault. Some Agent teams may be more strict, such as Evelyn wanting Lighter and Astra Yao for optimal performance, while Vivian can be run in a variety of Anomaly teams as the secondary DPS.

Ju Fufu Lighter Trigger are all strong supportive Agents. They all fulfill their own niches, but Nicole is definitely the most flexible and is a great Agent to level up & build on any account.

Tier 2

Hugo Zhu Yuan Burnice Jane Manato Piper

The Agents in Tier 2 are still very viable and can even excel in certain situations. When it comes to the DPS Agents, they are mostly a step below those in Tier 1. However, they can still perform extremely well with the right team and against the right boss. Hugo can target Ice Weak bosses with Lighter + Lycaon, Zhu Yuan can team up with Nicole + Qingyi / Astra Yao, Jane can team up with Alice for a dual Assault team, etc.

The Agents in Tier 2 are by no means bad. Just when compared to the best teams of Tier 1, they're a little bit short.

Lycaon Qingyi Soukaku Pan Yinhu

For the "supports," Lycaon and Soukaku both have relevance in the meta due to their niche with Ice Teams. Miyabi and Hugo both pair with Lycaon well, but with Yuzuha's release, Mono Ice (Miyabi Lycaon Soukaku) is no longer the best team in the game. Pan Yinhu is still a great Support for Rupture teams, but Lucia simply performs better as an S Rank. Qingyi may come as a surprise, but she's quite flexible. Zhu Yuan + Qingyi is still a solid team, and Qingyi can also pair with Yixuan for players that don't have Ju Fufu.

Tier 3

There isn't too much to cover when it comes to Tier 3. All of these Agents are viable, but are a noticeable drop in performance compared to the tiers above. These Agents are mostly used to fill in gaps for newer players accounts as they acquire more Agents over time.

Ellen Soldier 11 Harumasa

These Attack Agents are definitely weaker than the ones above them, but they can still shred Deadly Assault. In this Harumasa Run by Yoji, they are still able to get 54k on Typhon Destroyer with Qingyi and Nicole. Tiers are a gross generalization of character strength, but certain Agents can still excel in the right situation.

Pulchra Lucy Rina Caesar Seth

When it comes to the supports, all of these Agents can do a good job, but are rarely best in class. Pulchra also really wants M6 to be at her full potential. Lucy and Rina are both great and flexible Supports, but are a major step down from Astra Yao or Yuzuha. Seth is still quite solid as an Anomaly Support, but his age is definitely showing. Lastly, when it comes to Caesar, she unfortunately doesn't really have a place in the meta. Her kit is clunky to fit into rotations, her ultimate doesn't do very much, and her Shield, while useful, is not something we consider in our ranking on power levels. Her ATK buff is still decent, so she's not in the bottom tier.

Tier 4

Lastly, when it comes to Tier 4, these Agents are unfortunately the weakest in the game. This does NOT mean that you cannot clear endgame content with them, just that it will be more of a challenge to do so.

There are plenty of players that can 20k Deadly Assault with Billy or Grace, etc. Even still, with the increasing difficulty of Deadly Assault, these Agents will only fall further and further behind.
