Since I put Yanagi after Yuzuha here, using ATK disc 6 is viable and the rotation is workable

Yuzuha currently is the best support slot for Miyanagi team comp. Her alternative W-Engine would be 
Weeping Cradle or 
Kaboom the Cannon, but the damage difference is quite high between her signature, since the AP boost is significant for Yanagi
You should use AP disc 4 on Yuzuha If you have enough ATK substats to get ~3000 ATK.

· After triggering a Perfect Dodge or Perfect Assist, increases all squad members' ATK by 10% and CRIT DMG by 10% for 15s. Stacks up to 3 times. The duration of each stack is calculated separately.

The Plan is to still keep doing back to back disorder rotation like any other double anomaly team comp
Frostburn > Shock > repeat
but we incorporate effective usage of Miyabi fallen frost stack generation on the disorders, Yanagi EX, and Miyabi EX (all +2) to get a higher number of EBA in the fight

Frostburn (6) > Miyabi EBA (0) > Yanagi EX (2) > Shock (4) > Miyabi EX (6) > Miyabi EBA (0) > Yanagi basic attack / Yuzuha basic attack > Miyabi basic to frost (3)
at the part where Miyabi has 3 fallen frost, there are two possible route, either (1) she use her ultimate to get 6 fallen frost stacks then repeat the cycle, or (2) use her EX plus Yanagi EX for 6 fallen frost stack, EBA, Yanagi shock, then Miyabi ultimate and then repeat the cycle
Its a pretty fun rotation to execute, but it is tiring sometimes to keep track the fallen frost management and anomaly meter control.
