Swing Jazz as an alternative with a really good uptime since she use chain attack with her aftershocks.
3400 ATK. Impact build seems to be best for pushing 5 stun rotation if possible.

ER disc 6 is best overall for more frequent EX specials. with high CR, Dialyn doesn't need Impact disc 6 since she conver her CR into Impact.
As high of CR as she can have.
Her next best W-Engine is Hellfire Gears or Steam Oven which gives ER. ER is really important especially in 5 stun rotation to make sure Dialyn can generate enough "positive reviews" for extra ult every stun, by using EX specials enough time outside stun. In a scenario with no signature, using 2pc Swing Jazz is preferable.

· After Agents with the Stun specialty use EX Special Attack, when any squad member's attacks hit enemies, ignore 7% All-Attribute RES for 30s, stacking up to 3 times, and the duration of each stack is calculated separately.
How to Play & Additional Tips
During pre-stun:
Yixuan resource management, technique point from EX wing parry, adrenaline generation from dodge counters, decibels from defensive assists. Keep in mind to use Yixuan EX every 15s to keep 
Qingming Birdcage and 
Yunkui Tales buff stacks.
Always make sure Dialyn use her EX 3 times and the 
EX Special Attack: Paper! hits the enemy on every pre-stun to apply her debuff (30% stun mult, 2s stun duration)
Stunning strategy:
On the plan of getting 5 stun, Defensive assists with Fufu and Dialyn occasionally and use their EX is good. Use their ultimate alternatingly, one stunner ult is enough to get the stun, so save the other stunner ultimate for next stun, except for the fifth stun where we need to stun within 10s.
Stun rotation:Yixuan 2x ult + Yixuan extra ult from Dialyn + exhaust adrenaline by ball EX (hold basic)
Preferably start with Yixuan own decibels ultimate at the start of stun before using her adrenaline ultimate and Dialyn extra ultimate so that the there will be no decibels overflow from 
Ju Fufu decibels refund.
