Major Highlights

S Tier

  • Mu is regularly available with all four pathways. Mu is very powerful because she has strong scaling, high strength gain, high dexterity and high speed. She also has all-round good growth. In this case, you'll want to use Mu in her melee class; a sword or fist weapon can give her the best growth in strength, dexterity, or strength and speed.

A+ Tier

  • Guzran is another character regularly available on all pathways. His stats are 45 HP, 45 strength, 50 speed, and 45 dexterity, but his defence and magic resist are not ideal. With his ability to gain a random stat- hit, evasion or crit by 10 initially, and then 30. This random stat at the start of the battle means he can fit into any role. He will be played as an evasion fighter, and you will stack a lot of evasion to get more hits or crits.
  • Sirocco is regularly available in all pathways, and she is a very flexible unit. If you need a swordsman, a fighter or a mage, Sirocco can fulfil any of those roles! With 40 HP, 40 strength, 40 magic, 45 speed and 50 dexterity, Sirocco can fit into any of the roles. They also have a proficiency in swords, black magic, white magic and authority. Sirocco's Passive abilities give the unit 5 health to the unit after each of the fights. So as long as he is engaging in combat, he will gain health- it doesn’t look like a lot, but it is. Combined with a secondary passive that gives him up to 30 evasion, it makes him even tankier.
  • Nuzzuo has very high stack growth of 50 HP, 50 strength, 55 speed and 45 dexterity. He is effective with swords and gauntlets, and he has bow skill mastery and preference. With his ability, if he’s effective against the enemy, he will gain 3 damage in combat and 30 if it is levelled up. Nuzzuo also has high damage scaling, speed and dexterity, which are things we want in a character.

A Tier

  • Nezha can gain +3 attack during combat if he hits first (50% trigger), and at level 45, the increase is +5. This, mixed with his high strength growth and high speed and dexterity, makes it easy for him to land double attacks. Nezha has 45 HP, 55 strength, 45 speed and 50 dexterity. His preferred skills are Sword, Infantry or Gauntlet, making him a powerful melee fighter.
  • Catania is regularly available in different pathways. She doesn’t gain much strength, and she is slightly weaker in HP and strength, but she has high speed and dexterity. Her Passive allows her to gain an additional +20 hit during combat if she has higher attack speed than her foes. At level 35, she can also gain Avo during combat
  • Diego can be chosen later in the game. His Personal Ability, Caretaker, prevents adjacent allies from suffering a follow-up attack during combat. As he ranks up, he also grants hit and crit when making a follow-up attack. Diego has 45 HP, 40 strength, 45 speed and 60 dexterity. At level 3, his Passive will be very strong.
  • Tobias is only available in the Theodora route. He has 55 HP, 60 strength and high defence. This makes him a great frontliner. His low stats don’t matter, since other characters can support and buff him. You can run Tobias with Brigard and Warrior. Pair him with characters with high dexterity support so he can one-shot enemies! His Personal Ability, Power Arts, grants him +3 attack when attacking with a combat art. It is recommended to take Enrage and Battleblade Strike on him.

Class Preferences

Bigrand is a class preference for many fighters, especially those who use an axe or have high strength growth. It is quite defensive, which is great for many axe fighters. Metedon is good for characters with high dexterity growth because of its 6+ damage. Rogue can provide high speed and high dexterity gain, but is a more defensive option.

For advanced Classes, Warrior is a good option with high strength and HP growth. Shido is another advanced option. It is a preferable class if you have high evasion, high crit warriors, etc. It gives 10 HP, 5 strength, 15 speed and 10 dexterity. The Master Ability will also help restore health when you deal a critical strike.
