Overview

As you move through different acts in Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave, your priorities will change, and how you wish to play each act will differ. Act 3 is the final part of the main story, and we are pleased to present the best pathing and task priorities in Act 3 of Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave. This guide was made possible thanks to our expert Mattjestic, who gave us permission to create it.

Check out Mattjestic’s channel for more in-depth explanations on this topic.

Section 2

When you start Act 3 (Section 2), it is recommended to have 2 core teams: Leda + Theodora for city interaction, and Cai + Dietrich for Mounts/Answerers Calling Encounters. Initially, make sure you go to the city first with the teams so you can change Master Classes with tokens you can buy from the exa NPC. Focus on key units first, like Dietrich or main DPS characters.

Your first major goal should be to unlock fast travel locations and start unlocking new locations. It is important to do this early, or else you may need to backtrack or waste time if your path hasn’t been ideal.

Temples not only give you fast travel options through Gates of the Gods, but they can also give you quests to unlock master classes.

But before you head to any Temple, check whether you are missing any rebuild materials. If you don’t have the materials, do a quick search for them and path towards collecting them first. Also, try to have Cai’s team farm the materials you need close to the Temples you’re trying to rebuild when possible.

Optionally, you can also unlock dungeons with a Teleportation Tech Monolith to help you travel between locations.

Hypatia

After doing Fast Travel locations, your next goal will be to rebuild the city, as you will need to return to the city later on for Leda and Theodora paths and also to purchase materials used to rebuild other

As a general rule, it is worth having 1 team clear the Temple quest and another team nearby doing something different or waiting around, so you can unlock the quest and complete it straight away without returning or wasting turns.

Section 3

During Section 3, you have the option of having 3 teams. In the first team, take Cai + Dietrich as your main fighting team for Gate Boss clears. Use Leda for your second team to complete the Dancing Quests, and put Theodora on team 3 to search for missing materials.

In this part of the game, focus on Temple Quest and rebuilding cities. Make sure you have the Arena ready for weekly training as well. Your goal is to keep rebuilding the city, and to go back and purchase Master Class Tokens and rebuild materials.

Also, check out the 5 Dungeons that drop keys for Divine Classes. You can find the locations below. Alternatively, check out this link.

You need to get these ASAP in Section 3, since you'll need them in Section 4.

Look into the proficiency skill requirements in preparation for the Section 4 class change. It’s okay not to have them all, since you'll have 50+ turns in the next Section to collect them as well.

Section 4

In Section 4, you can have 4 teams. Cai for taming and exploration, Dietrich for strong fighting and for Gate Boss clears, Leda for the Dancing Quest, and Theodora for rebuidling/searching and A/B rank recruitment. You should also have all Temples completed at this time.

Be ready to change class after the first phase, when all teams are teleported back to the town before heading out again.

At this stage, you should also clear all the dungeons in a specific order to find all the hidden perma-stats items you can. This will help to reduce wasting time and looping around to get back. It is wise to go into the desert with multiple teams so you can.
