Overview

Passing Classes in Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave allows you to get extra stats to help you progress through the game quicker, which ultimately levels up your character and makes them stronger early.

There are ways to “cheat” the system to ensure that you basically pass any class, no master how difficult with any success rate. As long as it is over 1%, there is still a chance to pass it with this method.

This guide was created with the help of Mattjestic, check out their video for a more in-depth breakdown of this method to guarantee you pass your exams in Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weaves.

Purchase the Advanced License Tickets

In different cities around the world, you can purchase the Advanced License Tickets from places like Megaira at the market. It is quite expensive, but it is a good idea to stock up on these as early as you can. This will be the main method of passing the higher exams.

Advanced License

The shop refreshes too, so you can go to a nearby teleport point, then travel back to this city and buy the Advanced License Tickets. If you do this method and leave about 8 days left, after the reset you will be teleported back to the mission. This way, you will save time and have the opportunity to clear nearby areas too.

Renown Levels

For the speciality exam, you need to have at least level 4 Renown, and for the advanced classes, you need Renown 8. You will use specialised tickets for level 4 Renown, and Advanced for level 8 Renown. You will ideally do this before you reach levels 20 and 35.

Restart Chapter Method

Ideally, you will want to try to complete these classes as early as you can in a chapter, so you can use the restart chapter method without losing or wasting too much progress. Go to the exam NPC and take the character's exam. If you fail, you can restart the chapter and try again.

The game's randomness is predetermined. No matter the percentage, if it is determined to work or fail, it will. So if you choose a class that fails, then resetting will not matter, and it will not work. However, if you succeed, it will obviously work again after a reset. Don’t waste time trying to get something to work if it has already failed once and you have to reset.

Doing this will allow you to change classes earlier or unlock strong passives early on, which can help you be stronger early.
