Major Highlights

A Tier

  • Sirocco is a strong early- to mid-game character. He can provide sustain, making him a self-sustaining healing mage. He can be played as a healer or a dark-magic mage. While the extra 5 healing isn’t much, it adds up slowly. At level 20 and level 35, he also gains bonus AVO during combat. He has good speed and dexterity, and there are ways to improve his magic.
  • Esmeralda passive ability reduces unit equipment weight, which isn’t a lot. However, she has strong personal growth in HP, strength, and defence, which makes her a strong front-line choice. If you have.
  • Peter is a strong sniper/ranged character available, and you can get him pretty much for free! He is a very good Archer. His passive gives him additional range when attacking with a bow. With the right trinkets, he can become a sniper even without longer-range bows. He deals decent damage vs mages thanks to his range. He has strong dexterity and speed, but not much health or strength.
  • Nuzzuo is another ranged character. He is a great choice for weakening enemies from afar and letting melee characters finish them off. He has 50 strength, 55 speed, 45 dexterity, and good HP gain. His personal ability allows him to get an extra attack if he is effective against the foes. He can double-tap almost any ranged flyer character with the right bow. He is a well-rounded character.
  • Buccar's Passive gives 10% damage reduction, which can be really useful versus melee and ranged characters. As long as you take out the mages with your Archers, he will be unkillable. If you stack enough resistance and defence, he can be a dominant tank. He has 50 strength gain and 45 defence.

B Tier

  • Olympia is a challenging character to recruit, but once you do, you'll find she has good magic gain, and her passive is quite strong too! Her passive grants additional crit when you have magic equipped. This makes her a high-crit mage. Pair this with dark magic and levels, and she gains additional attack and crit. She lacks dexterity and speed, which is an issue, and that is why she is ranked slightly lower. Equip items that offset her lack of speed and dexterity.
  • Ludia's passive gives her +3 AS during combat if units attack first. With her natural 55 speed gain, Ludia can pretty much double up on any opponent like Swordsman. With levels, she can also have +10 and +20 avo as well.
  • Mu can also have enhanced stat growth. The higher the level she gets, the stronger she will become, so you need to grind her out and level her up to get the full potential out of her. At level 20, she grants stat increases based on the equipped weapon type, and at 35 she gains a large stat increase instead. Swords, lances, and axes are especially effective with these bonuses. She should be a swordsman, and not a mage.
  • Guzran is another tank option. His passive can be good, as it grants one of the following bonuses: +10 on hit, +10 avo or +10 crit during combat. This makes him an RNG character. You want the +10 avo and have Guzzan. He has 50 speed, and 45 dexterity, but he does have low resistance. This is one reason he ranks lower than some other characters.
  • Catania has a strong passive that grants her +20 hit in combat if foes' attack speed is less than 3. She is a good option vs high-avo units, and she can build quite a lot of attack speed, as she has high natural attack speed gain of 55. She also has 50 dexterity, but low HP, strength and magic. You may want to combat this by overleveling her. You will play her as a swordsman.

Healers

  • Fianna can restore HP when attacking, and her personal ability can sometimes cost 0 magic when healing an ally with magic. She has 55 magic growth and high resistance (45), making her a potential healing-tank character who can tank the mage's attacks and incoming damage.
  • Sofia is a late-game healer. Her passive just increases her healing output, and at level 35 she can also grant +2 range for healing magic. She will be the go-to healer! She has 45 magic, but she doesn’t have much defence or other good stats.
