Orbital Ball Lightning is the highest dps build in the game. We are talking nearly 1000 billion dps. Its incredibly fast, super tanky, has an aura of death of summons deleting enemies as soon as they enter the screen and if something survives, they are met with one even more damage.

Enchantments
Early on we need extra crackling energy generation support which we achieve through the Spark Enchantment. Later on we can exchange this for Teleport, however, during pushes you still want to prefer spark for extra damage stacks during unstable current due to kills.

Grab as many Shock Skill Ranks as possible. Look for a seal with +1 to charm slots, thats the best upgrade you can grab. Later, you want to craft or farm an 
Esu's Heirloom charm to use here. This will free up the bootslot. I did not grab mine until T11, so there is no rush.

How it Plays
Use 
Overpower Fire Bolt to get 4 stacks of Overpower, which works as a separate 60% more dmg multiplier.
Use Prismatic Familiar Familiar to apply Aspect Of Elemental Acuity.
Use 
Boundless Unstable Currents to gather crackling lightning. This will lower the cooldown and in return make it possible to sustain it. The more ranks you have in it, the longer its duration and the higher the cooldown reduction you get as well as more crackling lightning opportunities.
Use Teleport for mobility.
