General

• Keep Metamorphosis up.
• • Terror Demon Metamorphosis provides Shadowform Stacks and Ranks to Hell Fracture.
• Keep Dark Prison up.
• • Chain Aura Dark Prison is an insanely strong defensive buff.
  • Fortify Dark Prison provides Fortify.
• Keep up Fallen Rush Command Fallen.
• • This will provide passive Wrath Generation.
• Keep up Summon Vollach.
• • This will provide maximum Overpower stacks for more damage.
• Spam Fractured Abyss Hell Fracture.
• • • Three casts are needed to start generating 5 explosions per cast.

Speed

• Cast Demonic Smash Rampage.
• • Put your Barb Cosplay on and start Leaping for mobility!

Push

• Cast Sigil of Subversion.
• • Generate tendrils that will maintain your Shadowform Stacks.

Core Mechanics

Damage

Spine of Tathamet is a very strong unique that allows Hell Fracture to generate up to 5 explosions per cast. This makes it competitive with Dread Claws.

Fractured Abyss Hell Fracture is used instead of Lava Fissures Hell Fracture because it gives access to powerful Abyss multipliers such as Hex [x]90%, Demonform [x]30%, Insidious Aspect and the very powerfulAbyssal Fragment, The Abyss Set.

Terror Demon Metamorphosis is a one of, if not the strongest Skill in the Warlock Arsenal:

• Damage Scaling Metamorphosis provides us with infinite Maximum Life scaling.
• Phase 2 Enrage Metamorphosis gives [x] 40% damage.

Summon Vollach gives maximum Overpower stacks, which synergizes with Ritualist Shard.

Defenses

Chain Aura Dark Prison provides [x]35% Damage Reduction against enemies outside it.

Nether Step provides a decaying [x]60% Damage Reduction buff.

Resource Management

Fallen Rush Command Fallen provides passive Wrath Generation which gets increased by Wrath Command Fallen at the cost of 1 Skill Slot.

Cost Reduction Hell Fracture provides 25% most of the time given we will be spamming the skill.

Wrath Generation Affixes on Defensive Slots further increase our ability to maintain our Hell Fracture spamming.

Frequently Asked Questions

Attack Speed Breakpoints

Because the game's server operates in frames (images), Skills can only be cast in a whole number of frames. This means, for example, that you can't cast a Skill in 10.2 frames. To extend this example further, that means that all Attack Speed values that lead to a cast time of 10.01 to 10.99 frames would mean you end up casting at 11 frames, effectively wasting all Attack Speed gains from 11 frames to 10.01.

For that reason, it is important to reach the Attack Speed Breakpoint of a frame.

You might be wondering how frames translate into actual Cast Speed. Because the server runs at 60 frames per second, the way we translate frames into Cast Speed is with the formula: 60 / Frames = Casts per Second.
