Cooldown Reduction Inferno to run around with a high damage multi billion Meteor setup. Mana costs are relatively easy to tame with the 
Aspect Of Elemental Acuity early, with mana regen on gear midgame and with a mana regen + 
Ring of Starless Skies setup endgame.
This build is very easy to play and super fun due to low visual cluter and high 
Blaze Teleport mobility.

Aspect Of Elemental Acuity version assuming no upgraded gear available and no good gear to use yet.
Switch condition: Hold meteor on a single target. If you can sustain your mana without interrupting your cast on a dummy, switch to the Mana regen version.

Starfall Coronet is dropped by the ice beast. Grab it asap with your first boss key. even a low lvl one is better than non at all.
Talismans
Roll for Pyro, core, or mastery skill ranks on each charm.
Roll for Crit chance, a charm slot and fitting skill damage on your seal.

Prismatic Familiar Familiar with Aspect Of Elemental Acuity procs all 3 instances of mana regen, which covers all the mana regen you need until you get the right gear.

Mercenary
How it Plays
The gameplay loop consists of grouping enemies with 
Attraction Ball Lightning & Inferno and casting Familiar to apply Vulnerable as well as preload Overpower stacks. Use 
Shooting Star Meteor afterwards to blast enemies. Starfall Coronet consumes Overpower charges generated by 
Healing Flames Familiar as well as 
Overpower Meteor to cast additional meteors.
Use Blaze Teleport to teleport around, keep in mind this consumes Overpower charges. If you run out and use the spell it will invoke its cooldown.
Use Ice Armor as your defensive cooldown.
