Build Overview

This Hailstorm Blizzard absolutely shreds the endgame and offers you with a smooth progression through the torment tiers with major power spikes and multiple points. The damage is really good and the surviveability is even better. Its probably the tankiest high damage blizzard build out there

Correction compared to video: we can use Prismatic Familiar Familiar the whole time and do not need to spec out of it in any case except for when we want to use Blaze Teleport for additional movement.

Get +3 Frost skill on everything. Get a Seal with +1 charm slot and use an Azurewrath unique charm as early as possible. The innate stat on the seal should be crit chance at 10%. Later, this 10% is calculated into the final 100% crit chance.

Leveling Path

Manage Ice Armor to stay at 99%. Anything above is wasted. The more Ranks to Frost Skill you get, the more points should be shifted out of Ice Armor into Frost Nova to increase the freeze duration. The longer the freeze duration, the better for your dps.
