Champions: Ezreal 1g / Gnar 2g / Samira 3g / Xayah 4g / Jhin 5g
Snipers gain Damage Amp, increased against targets farther away.
Here's a rundown of the traits you can branch into from Sniper:
Ezreal is a simple AD backliner that fires blasts with his Temporal Shot ability. These deal physical damage to the target, and create a drone after enough takedowns. Nothing fancy, but fine if you need either trait.
Gnar's Slingshot Maneuver lets him passively launch a boomerang every five attacks. This strikes through and passes the first enemy it hits, letting it potentially contact multiple foes. Overall, another simple backliner.
Samira is able to knock-up her target with her Jump and Jive ability, also unleashing a volley of bullets at them. Additionally, whenever an enemy is knocked up, she shoots them and enters The Groove.
With additional knock-up support from other allies, Samira could become quite the carry, as this helps her stay in The Groove as long as possible.
Xayah's attacks passively bounce between foes, leaving a Feather behind the final target. Her Stellar Ricochet ability grants her Attack Speed for a duration, then upon ending, recalls Feathers to harm the closest enemies.
On the surface, Xayah looks pretty straightforward, but she could become the default AD backliner for Stargazer comps.
Jhin is a powerful and flexible addition to any comp thanks to his valuable Eradicator trait, which lowers the Armor and Magic Resist of enemies.
Passively, Jhin's Attack Speed is fixed. However, any additional Attack Speed is instead converted into bonus Attack Damage!
His Space Opera ability summons spectral hands that fire alongside him, dealing damage and removing Armor. The last shot also pierces through the largest number of enemies in a line.
All of this combined makes him a huge threat on the battlefield. Whether or not you decide to equip him, he'll still provide excellent utility, especially for physical comps that can capitalize on the Armor penetration.
