This is my leveling setup for a Lightning Caster on the top side of the passive tree. if you want an easy, step-by-step and always up to date guide then this is it!

We are mainly using Spark, Orb of Storms, and Arc while leveling. We also will use the infusion system introduced in 0.3 aswell as the newly improved Archon of the Storm buffs!

Maybe the new Thunderstorm spell will be good too!

🔔Quest Rewards (they are in the config in PoB but ill list them here aswell)

• Act 2: Valley of the Titans: Charm Duration
• Act 3: Venom Crypts: 25% mana regen
• Act 4: Halls Of The Dead: +5% resistance x3 (if you will play a attribute stacker then choose attributes)
• Act 4: Abandoned Prison: Mana recovery from flask
• Interlude 2: Qimah: +5% all ele res or 15% global defence

Here are the stats to be on the lookout for!

⚡Damage: (on your wand/focus/staff/amulet/rings/jewels)
Staves have been massivly buffed in 0.4! so don't only look for wands and focus!

1. +Level of Lightning Skills (rare)
2. +Level of all Spell Skills (rare)
3. Gain Damage as Extra xxx
4. Cast Speed
5. increased Lightning/Elemental/Spell Damage
6. Lightning Penetration (most bosses dont have any lightning res in the campaign.. except for a few in A3 (Doryani for example) but they only have 30 so not a lot of pen is needed

🛡️Defence:

1. Gear with resistances
2. Energy shield
3. Evasion (if you find a good hybrid armour then you can probably alocate more dex and use it.)

🔹Runes/Augments

• weapon: damage as extra lightning or % spell damage runes
• armour: any resistance or attribute you need
