Changes in 0.4.0:
Inevitable Agony now causes Cursed Targets to take 50% (Previously 33%) of Hit Damage dealt to them while Cursed again when Curse expires. Now also ignore Curse limit.
*Now it's almost must have for support, effectively providing 50% More Damage to your carry!- Some of skills used got buffs to Damage, which doesn't really matter for support build.
- Obviously Skill Tree was changed, i'll update it once it become possible!

From Nothing with
Walker of the Wilds allow to get 20% Aura Magnitude for 3 points, clear upgrade over Rare Jewel with 4% Curse Magnitude.
TL;DR:
- First of all, Mobs have hidden cap of lowest Action Speed they can have, so no matter what they will not be completely frozen if you have 100% Slow Effect from
Temporal Chains.
Temporal Chains can reach around 108-110% Slow with %Aura Magnitude on Scepter and
Serpent Talisman in gloves. Even that there's bottom action speed cap for mobs, it still makes sense to scale, because on Magic and Rare mobs your Curses have less effect.
Time Freeze has ~21 Sec duration.- GIGA -#% Resists from
Frost Bomb and
Elemental Weakness. - ~40% Block.
- Viable to use
Gravebind with rarity rings. - Many flexible skill slots.
- Starts to work with relatively cheap gear.
- Can reach over 10k ES, really hard to die because how slow are mobs around.
More detailed about build:
- First of All
Temporal Chains effect calculation.
1. Base value of
Temporal Chains at level 20 is 59% Slow.
2.
Blasphemy has 41% Less Curse Effect at level 20.
3. In total we get 120% Curse Magnitude, so total curse Magnitude is 220%. Then 220% x 0.59 = ~130%.
So with
Blasphemy,
Temporal Chains get 130% of its original value, or 30% increase.
4. Then Aura Magnitude comes in, total of 38% Aura Magnitude from tree.
5. Aura Magnitude and Curse Magnitude are additive for Curses used with
Blasphemy.
6. So in total we get 30% + 38% = 68% Curse Magnitude for
Temporal Chains with
Blasphemy.
7. And finally 59% Slow + 68% Magnitude= ~99% Slow is final value for Normal Mobs.
7.1. If you get Scepter with 20% Aura Magnitude: then it will be 30% + 58% = 88%.
And then 59% Slow + 88% Magnitude = ~110% Slow. Magic mobs have 15% Less curse effect on them, so 110% - 15% = ~93% Slow for Magic mobs. - Expire rate of other effects from
Temporal Chains:
1. And other effects expire slower by 25% + 68% = 42%.
2.
Time Freeze lats around 12.5 Sec, then with 42% Slower Expire from
Temporal Chains, total duration of
Time Freeze will be 12.5/0.58 = 21.5 Sec.
3. If you get Scepter with 20% Aura Magnitude: 25% + 88% = 47%.
3.1. So
Time Freeze duration will be 12.5/0.53 = 23.5 Sec.
Frost Bomb with Potent Exposure and all Exposure Effect from Tree, so huge -#% Resists to mobs.
Elemental Weakness with that will reduce mob resists by another huge chunk on top of Exposure.
Overwhelming Presence to lower stun and ailment threshold of mobs, so it's easier for your carry to apply ailments or stun.
Flame Wall that will add some damage to your carry if they use projectile skill. If its attack build it barely worth it since you get a lot of flat damage from Bow, so that added damage from Flame Wall is kinda whatever.
Orb of Storms just to hit mobs and apply effect like Blind II. And as addition to
Flame Wall to get Lightning Infusion.
Arctic Armour with Frost Nexus, Encroaching Ground and Persistent Ground III for some defense, so whenever you getting hit by melee mobs, you will most likely freeze them and drop huge AoE chilled ground.- As alternative to
Arctic Armour, you can use
Convalescence to start ES Recharge whenever needed, might be better option. - Build use shield and has ~40% Block.
- You also can get rings with good amount of Item Rarity and use
Gravebind gloves, so when your carry kill mobs, those kills count as yours, so your rarity from ring will apply. - Build get around 6-10k ES.
- Optionally you can use
Blink as well. - Optionally can use
Magma Barrier of lowest level just to get that block chance.
