Changes in 0.4.0:
Shortly:
- Big buffs to Infused versions of
Comet,
Frost Wall and
Ice Nova. So early/mid game we definitely using Infusions. - Leveling unchanged, early mapping also same with CoA Comet setup.
- Unsure if i start 0.4 once again with this build tho.
Skills/Ascendancy:
Inevitable Agony now causes Cursed Targets to take 50% of Hit Damage dealt to them while Cursed again when Curse expires, instead of 33%. It also ignore Curse Limit.
*Noticeable buff, now it's simply 50% More Damage button!
Comet: Fire Infused Comet got roughly 90% More (!) base Damage.
*Seems like this time our endgame version will be around Infusions, GGG almost doubled base Damage of Fire Infused Comet
Eye of Winter: now travels much further, now has 25% Less Projectile Speed, and 10 Sec cooldown instead of 15 Sec.
*Decent buff, Eye of Winter sometimes felt bad because of it's very short travel distance, with lower cooldown should feel much better in campaign!
Frostbolt: Now has actual Chill/Freeze Magnitude rather than applying Chill/Freeze as if dealing #% More Damage.
*So now it just has more Chill Magnitude rather than that imaginary more damage for applying Chill, probably just to simplify things.
Frost Wall: Lightning Infused Frost Wall got ~50% More base Damage.
*Another huge Infusion buff, nearly twice as much base Damage.
Ice Nova: Cold Infused Ice Nova got AoE buff from 3.2m to 4.8m, around 14% More base Damage, but +0.5 Sec added Cast Time.
*Huge AoE buff, slight Damage buff of Cold Infusion, but that added 0.5 Sec to Cast Time might feel bad, will see.
Gear changes in 0.4.0:
Sacrosanctum now has 10-20% Life Recoup instead of 5-10%.
*With nerfed Abyss Crafting that extra Life Recoup will make a difference!
Controlled Metamorphosis no longer has "-23--3% To Chaos Resistance".
Estazunti's Soul Core of Convalescence now limited to 1, has 8% Recoup instead of 6%.
