1. Quipolatl's Thesis NERFED. so we cannot use it for infinite mana regen. (this is good because i hated it anyways and with enough mana cost reduction you dont need it.)
2. i will go back to Orb of Storms since i only needed Living Bomb in temple. however you can use that setup too if you like it better)
3. es recharge NERF = get more faster recharge. 2s is what i played with for the pased 2-3 leagues so not too hard even after nerfs.
4. The Vertex DEAD. -30% dps or so depending on how good of an item u had
5. i havent included any of the new power creep items yet so everything after this will be buffs ;)

🧠How the Build Works

we mainy just cast Spark which procs our Cast on Critical + Arc. The Arc proc is whats doing most of your damage. With Lighting infusions it gains LOTS of additional chains and 200% MORE damage! insane! We will use an automated Orb of Storms (or Living Bomb with Elemental Equilibrium) to generate remanants for our Arc. The result is a 1 button playstyle that DELETES 2 screens away or more!

Shark fin quest = Take 30% defences

💡Tips

You can Numlock your spellslinger so it casts Spellslinger automatically. if you dont wanna do this you can also just hold down Spellslinger and Spark at the same time. there is no cast time delay on Spellslinger so you can use it as your casting Spark.

Play around with the Cast on Critical setup! you can fit in many differnt gems! for example...

• Single Arc will proc very fast, making it good for clear.
• Double Arc gems can be good for bursting rares/bosses but clear will be a bit worse.
• Arc + fire infused Comet can be great too!
• Dominus' Grasp or Sione's Temper can also be fun!
• use Zenith II if your having mana issues

budget ver casts Frost Bomb for hard enemies aswell!

MOST of your DPS is from Cast on Critical Arc. (we use Spark to proc this.)

Living Bomb with Elemental Equilibrium generates remnants for Arc infusion for 200% more damage on Arc! We use Living Bomb over Orb of Storms because its more consistent remnant generation and does more damage!

Inside our Spellslinger we have a curse setup to generate mana from the Quipolatl's Thesis soulcore. more on this in THIS video!

for combat buffs we use Mana Tempest for tons of Lightning as extra AND lots of projectile splits! This will delete everything 2-3 screens away! We also have Sigil of Power for more damage on bosses and the starter ver can use a juiced Frost Bomb to greatly reduce enemy resistances!
