Build Overview

The His Scattering Calamity Titan abuses Hulking Form to get as much REDUCED Skill Effect Duration as possible. All of your abilities Chain multiple times and with the Cast on Critical setup you spam multi-projectile Empowered Arc spells in every direction. This is literally everything you could ever ask for in a character and the only "issue" is that it costs a pretty penny. A Grip of Kulemak could be swapped in if you don't want to run positive rarity! . Boneshatter is the fastest movement in the game, and has a great synergy with Rage + Commanding Rage. The character can instant farm Omen of Light without having to wait for Amanamu's Void to spawn. A screenshot of the main weapon: SCREENSHOT OF THE UNBORN LICH STAFF MAIN WEAPON

Lineage support gem priority is Atalui's Bloodletting, Hayoxi's Fulmination, Sione's Temper, Rigwald's Ferocity, Rakiata's Flow, Dialla's Desire, and finally Uhtred's Augury can be thrown into Archmage if you have one!

MAKE SURE YOU COPY MY WEAPON SETS

In the tooltip of your skills you can pop out a carrot on the right side and manually bind their Weapon Set Slots (it looks like this >)

[Weapon Set I]

Boneshatter (this has synergy with Rigwald's Ferocity, Trenchtimbre, Commanding Rage, Dance with Death on our Flesh Crucible).

Eternal Rage (this just gives us Rage so we don't waste a support gem on Rage III)

Shockwave Totem (only used in temple for the monsters that don't aggro because our Headhunter gives us Proximal Tangibility)

[Weapon Set II]

His Scattering Calamity (is our main damaging skill and is responsible for Proc'ing our Cast on Critical Arc setup)

Archmage (this gives us more than a 2x damage increased because we are stacking Mana with our Energy Shield and Eldritch Battery + Mind Over Matter setup.)

Cast on Critical (we socket Arc with a Sione's Temper for significantly more projectiles, all of which are empowered with Siphon Elements and chaining 6 more times and applying even better Shock Magnitude. Rakiata's Flow is for any annoying monsters that have Lightning Resistance)

[BOTH Weapon Sets]

Time of Need (the MOST important build enabling skill on the entire character. Make sure to socket Hayoxi's Fulmination so that you can then use Overabundance I. This is healing you for north of 1,000 Life every 0.25s and is the whole reason we can spam our His Scattering Calamity + Cast on Critical Arc. This also gives us a pseudo-immunity to Elemental Ailments like Ignite, Freeze, Chill, and Shock. Additionally we cleanse all curses 4 times a second!)

Siphon Elements (this gives us the Lightning Remnants we need to empower our Arc within our Cast on Critical.)

Your Sapphire (% increased Elemental Damage, % increased Spell Damage, Recover % Mana on Kill, and % increased Critical Hit Chance) can be replaced with a Megalomaniac if you can get good enough mods!

Flesh Crucible should have Dance with Death (for a 1.25x multiplier to Skill Speed) and % Less Movement Speed (we use Boneshatter for movement anyways) Do not forget to take Dance with Death because this enables the Trenchtimbre + Boneshatter movement combo.

Heart of the Well takes double Gain As Extra Prefixes, and in a perfect world Recover 2% Life/Mana on Kill and % increased Critical Hit Chance/Bonus OR Cast Speed.

From Nothing has Eldritch Battery! (for Raw Mana, Lightning Quick, Arcane Intensity, and Controlling Magic.)

Against the Darkness has + Maximum Mana and whatever else you think is good (I couldn't find a good use for + Spirit but it might be worth a shot)!

Olroth's Resolve gives north of 1,100 Guard if used near/around Full Life. Because of Blood Rush you can always just Boneshatter to deal 1 Life to yourself and get the most out of yourOlroth's Resolve. Remember this Flask instantly heals your entire Life pool and if possible get one with the Lowest % increased Charges per Use. Anything 25 Charges per Use or lower is 3 uses before you need to kill monsters again! Also Remember to check the Abandoned Prison in Act 4 for the passive 30% increased Life Recovery From Flasks. That buff works with the Guard Line on the Olroth's Resolve. To be honest this is EXTREMELY overkill on the character and I rarely use it!

The entire reason we use Titan is for Hulking Form Synergy with Reduced Skill Effect duration. The key build enabling nodes are Near at Hand and Forthcoming. There are also 2 more after Constricting that are usually forgotten. The character also has a man purse you can put items into with Colossal Capacity, and some extra Maximum Life by virtue of Mysterious Lineage. Remember that ALL small passive nodes are being scaled with Hulking Form, this includes all the Attack Speed and Minion Attack Speed investment nodes for our Trenchtimbre + Dance with Death + Commanding Rage movement setup.
