Build Overview

Heavily nerfed in 0.3, I do not recommend to follow this.

Probably the best build in the entire game, can scale up to 30m+ dmg with a single hit (4-6m in budget gear). While having the best clear speed in the game, beating any Amazon in speed.

Helmet: You're looking for a high ES helmet, this is important because it'll give you a ton of evasion with Subterfuge Mask.

Weapon: Tangletongue is your best weapon, you want the highest crit chance you can afford. 2 socket corruption or crit damage implicit would be ideal if you can afford it.

Chest: Go for the highest energy shield/evasion body armour, this is where a big chunk of your defense comes from.

Boots: Pure energy shield or es/evasion hybrid, either base is fine. Just make sure to get 35% movement speed

Gloves: You want high flat damage here, any element is fine. Gloves/rings is where majority of your damage comes from.

Rings: Once again you want very high flat damage here, you won't deal high damage without good rings.

Sceptre: Any sceptre base is fine, but omen is the best for Malice. Which increases your chance to crit against enemies for free.

will need dex/int on some pieces to equip all of the gear.

Can drop Rhoa Mount for Trinity or Tame Beast or Blink.
(don't use Deliberation without rhoa)

only need 180 spirit to run all of your spirit gems (Optional: 205 with clarity/cannibalism).
if you get higher spirit you could also takeout Wind Dancer for Trinity if you want more damage.
Can also use Cast on Critical over self cast Sniper's Mark. Personally I preferred the self cast for bosses.

Only need level 3 Infernal Cry

if you want more damage you can takeout Spectral Ward for more crit nodes.

Might need points in some Electrocute buildup if you have low herald damage.

Ascendancy order:
Tailwind > Avidity > Thrilling Chase > Wind Ward.

How it Plays

Single target Rotation

Preferable enter the boss arena with 7 frenzies, since they last for 40 seconds this is pretty easy to do.

If not, cast Sniper's Mark and poke with Spear Stab. (35% chance to proc 7 frenzies)
Cast Infernal Cry
Attack with Wind Serpent's Fury (Try to angle the boss against a wall for massive damage)
Repeat until the boss is dead.
