RangerWith this setup I was able to complete acts 1-6 in 4 hours.
This guide assumes you can have access to unique gear, it's not meant for a fresh start. All of the gear should cost at most 1-2 divines.
Note: This leveling guide works for both amazon and ranger, only the starting area is slightly changed but you would still take the same path.
1st vial: ailment or stun threshold
2nd vial: chaos res
A rare weapon can also work well, the build doesn't have high damage until 
Tangletongue at lvl 26.
Tabula Rasa is the best body armour with movement speed jewels, but it's also a very expensive option.
boots: 
Wanderlust will beat out Luminous Pace once you reach lvl 11.
Using any magic sceptre in the off-hand for more spirit.
Support Gem Requirements:
Str 5
Dex 50
Int 20
Lightning Spear
Storm Lance
Herald of Thunder
Wind Dancer
Herald of Ice
Until level 6 you can just use 
Twister
Gem links are in order, if you don't have access to 6 links, then just takeout the last gem.
