Ranger
DeadeyeThis is my leveling setup, can be done on both Ranger or Huntress if you want an easy and SSF viable way to do campaign in 0.3 - Below is a link to my endgame setup that is also updated for 0.3
The transition requires very little gold, but be sure not to gamble away all of it so you can respec your tree to the new build.

From this point onward you want to only use 
Dualstring Bow and eventually Twin Bow at lvl 55, with the exception of an extremely high dps bow dropping (if it gives you 50% or more tooltip dps, then feel free to swap).
You still want to focus on flat damage throughout the whole campaign it's just not as important as it was in act 1. It's still extremely important to always use movement speed boots, even if they're low level.
Besides that you're just looking for life/resist on gear, but flat damage is the most important.

Always salvage weapons with quality for whetstones and always salvage items with sockets for artificers orb, this is extremely important for gear upgrades throughout the campaign.
Support Gem Requirements:
Str 25
Dex 30
Int 20
Bow Shot
Lightning Arrow
Lightning Rod
Herald of Thunder
Tame Beast
Barrage
Tornado Shot
For sockets, prio rod > LA > herald of thunder
At this point you do not replace your Dualstring Bow until you acquire a Twin Bow. The only exception would be is if another bow gives you 50% or more damage. The +1 arrow is massive for Lightning Rod.
For bosses you should put Chain into Lightning Arrow over Lightning Infusion, this will greatly increase your single target DPS.
Tame Beast is mostly to use the extremely efficient dmg nodes on the skill tree, but you do ideally want a beast with a haste aura. You can find these in act 3.
Tornado Shot is used on bosses for extra dps, just place it directly on top of the boss.
In general just use dexterity for your small attribute nodes. Use stregnth/int if you need it for gear or support gems.
Lightning Arrow and 
Freezing Salvo to clear packs. Depending on your damage, you'll want to use Lightning Rod once into a Barrage > Lightning Arrow for rares.
On bosses use Freezing Salvo on cooldown and place down multiple Lightning Rod(usually aim for 8-10 on bosses, can pre-fire them on most bosses).
After that you're spamming Lightning Arrow and using Barrage on cooldown.
1) charm recharge - act 2
2) stun threshold from venom reward - act 3
3) tattoos - lightning resist/int/fire resist - act 4
4) boon - movement speed - interlude
In order: Gathering winds > Point blank > Endless munitions.
