Lightning arrow deadeye, currently one of the best map farmers in the game, boss damage isn't big, so if you're looking for a build that can easily kill the pinnacle bosses then follow the Magnetic Salvo deadeye.
Equipment
Unless you have really good gear, then you'll most likely need the unique ring "Polcirkeln" to freeze/shatter enemies for herald of ice.
Amulet anoint:
Cheap: High Alert
Expensive: Essence of The Mountain
With essence of the mountain and high flat cold on your bow/quiver, you wont need the unique ring to shatter enemies.
Gear:
For bow/quiver just get the highest dps possible. Phys bow is optimal, +1 arrow doesn't give this build any damage but does improve your clear.
Every other slot is life/resist, it's important to reach 75% resist in all 4 stats.
You do want a high evasion chest (can sacrifice life here)
