Stats - ES/Evasion base gear
Armor - life, resistances, evasion / energy shield, attributes
Boots - movement speed and same as above, attributes
Gloves - flat damage (phys and lightning best), attack speed or melee skills, life, resistances, attributes
Belt - stun threshold helps a ton, life, resistances, attributes
Rings - flat damage is MASSIVE Damage boost since we can use 3 rings, life, resistances, attributes
Rarity - if you can get a good amount without sacrificing too many stats go for it
Weapon - phys damage %, flat phys and lightning damage, attack speed, attributes, stun build up is actually INSANE
Helm -
Thrillsteel for movement and skill speed but can be any rare with ES/Evasion, life, crit, resistances, rarity

Frenzy Charges
I also stopped using
Cull The Weak as it is not needed for extra damage. LS already clears 2 screens even without it especially after adding Fork gem. Grabbed
Conductivity instead for further damage increase or if you prefer can go
Voltaic Mark. You can still use Cull if you want instead of
Orb of Storms which isn't as useful on many bosses because of having to move to avoid mechanics.
Weapon Sets 1 & 2
Alright this segment is for optimal and maximal
Ritual Sacrifice usage. You want to get all passives that say Skill Effect duration increased (green lines in Passive Tree below) for our Sacrifice to last the longest possible. Getting
Arvil's Wheel is also very important. You have to manually weapon swap though as it is not possible to change
Ritual Sacrifice to weapon sets currently.
Passive Tree
Green lines are for Weapon set 2 for
Ritual Sacrifice as described in Skill section. Red lines for Weapon set 1 for maximum damage output.
Atlas Tree
Atlas is set for Strongboxes first mainly Researcher as that is a Currency strongbox. After that Rogue Exiles trying to target farm dexterity uniques for Dex builds (might change). You also want to run Ritual tablets in towers are Rogue Exiles RESPAWN there for more lo
How it Plays
1.
Lightning Spear - main clearing AoE ability - for single target it serves for applying Shock debuff for our 2.
2.
Primal Strikes - single target BEAST - require Shock debuff and is the best for it so you do 1. and 2. back and forth
3.
Orb of Storms - easy rage generation as well as mana
4.
Barrage - free damage boost for 1.
5.
Cull The Weak - easy Frenzy charges during maps
5a.
Conductivity - for further damage increase IF not using
5b.
Voltaic Mark - also an option instead of the above if you prefer that
How it Works
Frenzy Charge generation
You can use
Combat Frenzy together with Electrocute in
Lightning Spear for mapping but that would remove Shock debuff which you definitely need for
Primal Strikes so personally I don't think it's worth.
Instead we have
Cull The Weak which highlights low HP monsters and using this ability kills them giving you a Frenzy charge. With Profusion we can even get 2 charges.
Lightning Spear always eats 1 charge not all of them so that is very nice.
