Weeping Creek Valley collectibles in Phantom Blade Zero include bells, weapons, accessories, medicine, and upgrade fragments hidden along the main route and its branching paths.

This first-visit walkthrough does not complete the entire region. Some collectibles require later progression, and this route leaves certain optional challenges for a return visit. The numbered stops also include quest items and records, so they do not represent the region’s collectible total.
From the Broken Puppet Valley bell, head into the nearby area containing an enemy guarding a chest. Defeat him to remove the red thread barrier, then open the chest to collect the fragment.
Sha-Chi Amber Fragment 2
From the Rustblade Pavilion bell, climb the stairs and the marked rock walls. Follow the path to the crates where enemies ambush you. Defeat them to receive the fragment.
Sha-Chi Amber Fragment 3
Requires the Dread Axe. At the Outpost, find the chained barrier beside the two guards opposite Forge. Break it with the Dread Axe, climb to the house beyond it, and defeat the enemy inside to receive the fragment.
Sha-Chi Amber Fragment 4
Requires the Rusted Loong Key. From the Long Pillar Overlook bell, cross the bridge and follow the path past the campfire to the wall-running section. Beyond it, unlock the cave door with the Rusted Loong Key. Defeat the enemies inside to receive the fragment.
Blackstone Fragments
Blackstone Fragment 1
Requires the Cell Key. From the Outpost bell, return to the Outpost’s main entrance and descend the slope beside the gates. Unlock the cell door below with the Cell Key and collect the fragment inside.
The Cell Key is in the upper part of the Outpost. From the bell, climb the stairs, turn right through the archway, and continue through the house and up to the highest level.
Blackstone Fragment 2
From the Creek Valley Plains Entrance bell, head uphill into the archer camp. Defeat the archers throughout the camp, including those on the raised positions. The final archer drops the fragment and the Broken-String Bow.
Blackstone Fragment 3
Requires the Hunter’s Chain Sickle. From the Long Pillar Overlook bell, cross the bridge and follow the path to the large boulder near the wall-running section. Drop into the lower settlement instead of completing the wall run.
Head towards the waterfall, defeat the nearby enemies, and use the Hunter’s Chain Sickle to reach the wooden platform. Open the chest on top to collect the fragment.
Blackstone Fragment 4
From the Long Pillar Overlook bell, head back through the settlement, past the pipes, towards the furnace area containing the red lift housing. Climb over the gears and follow the stairs upwards. Defeat the group of enemies near the top to receive the fragment.
Weapons
Sanguine Twin
From Yu’er’s first meeting point, climb the marked wall and head past the large waterwheel towards the waterfall. Collect Sanguine Twin at the waterfall, beside the ladder leading up to the First Meeting with Yu’er bell.
Jagged Steel
From the Red Thread Barrier bell, pass through the barrier after clearing it and continue through the waterfall. Defeat The Frenzied Brute in the arena beyond to receive Jagged Steel.
Sanguine Reach
At the Outpost, speak to Forge and collect Sanguine Reach from the weapon rack directly behind her.
Dread Axe
From the Outpost bell, take the stairs leading towards the boss arena. Defeat Axemaster Peng Meng to receive the Dread Axe automatically.
Feather Bow
Collect the Broken-String Bow by defeating the archers in the camp above the Creek Valley Plains Entrance bell.
Take it to the Brooding Old Archer on the roof of the small hut at the Outpost, near Forge. Speak to him to begin his request if you have not already done so, then give him the broken bow to have it repaired.
Scarlet Wraithblade
From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor bell, go around the outside of the furnace and slide down the broken wooden bridge. Defeat the enemies below, then follow the uphill path to Hua’s arena. Defeat her to receive Scarlet Wraithblade.
From the Great Waterfall bell, enter the nearby waterfall pool arena. Defeat The Hunt to receive the Hunter’s Chain Sickle automatically.

Accessories
Hunter’s Insight
From The Lady’s Rift bell, climb back up the ladder and follow the path through the wall-running section. Cross the chain and defeat the enemy immediately beyond it to receive Hunter’s Insight.
Battle Wraps
From the First Meeting with Yu’er bell, follow the main path across the bridge to the group of enemies. Defeat the enemy carrying the large sword to receive Battle Wraps.
Token of Pursuit
From the Ruthless Archer Camp bell, descend the stairs into the archer camp. Open the chest beside the foot of the stairs to collect Token of Pursuit.
Lingran’s Pendant
Requires the Hunter’s Chain Sickle. From The Beginning bell, head back down towards the opening section of the area. Follow the water past the wounded man and continue beneath the hanging horse.
Use the Hunter’s Chain Sickle at the grapple point to reach the raised platform, then open the chest.
Medicine Case
At the Outpost, speak to Yu’er beside Forge about gathering herbs to begin the Apprentice Healer request.
Collect Blood-Stopper Vine, Congealeaf, and Blemish Goldweed, then return to Yu’er and hand them over to receive the Medicine Case. Their locations are listed under Keys and Other Important Items.
Reflex Device
Requires the Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank. At the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Base bell, use the crank on the nearby furnace mechanism. Collect Reflex Device from the hatch that opens, then retrieve the crank.
Ancient Armor Fragment
From the Crimson Manor bell, head left into the garden area. Pass the large dead tree and collect the glowing item beyond it to obtain the Ancient Armor Fragment.
Bells
The Beginning
After speaking to the wounded man in the water near the start of Weeping Creek Valley, climb the marked rock face. The Beginning bell is on the story path immediately beyond it.
The Lady’s Rift
From The Beginning bell, follow the main path until a short cutscene shows the wooden platforms above you. Climb the platforms and ladder, then complete the wall-running section.
Continue until you reach an opening in the rocks on your right. Descend the ladder there to find the bell beside the large statue.
First Meeting with Yu’er
From Yu’er’s first meeting point, climb the marked wall and pass the large waterwheel to reach the waterfall. Climb the ladder beside the waterfall to find the bell above.
Red Thread Barrier
From the First Meeting with Yu’er bell, follow the main path through the enemy group and towards the next waterfall. Turn left, then left again, to find the bell beside the waterfall near the red thread barrier.
Broken Puppet Valley
From the Red Thread Barrier bell, cross the chain and follow the path into the swampy settlement. Continue through the enemies to the open area in front of a house, where the bell is located.
Rustblade Pavilion
The bell is at the foot of the stairs in The Frenzied Brute’s arena, beyond the cleared red thread barrier and waterfall. Activate it after defeating the boss.
Outpost Courtyard
From the Rustblade Pavilion bell, climb the stairs and marked rock walls. Continue past the crate ambush and through the section introducing crouching in tall grass. Clear the enemies in the open area beyond to reach the bell.
Outpost
From the Outpost Courtyard bell, approach the main gates and speak to the guards to enter. Find Forge inside the settlement; the bell is opposite her and slightly to the right.
The Axemaster’s Fall
From the Outpost bell, climb the stairs towards Axemaster Peng Meng’s arena. Defeat him, then activate the bell in the centre of the arena.
The Axemaster’s Holding Cell
Requires the Dread Axe. From The Axemaster’s Fall bell, break the barricade at the arena’s exit and follow the mountain path upwards. After the cutscene with The Hunt, activate the bell near the table.
Creek Valley Plains Entrance
Requires the Dread Axe. From The Axemaster’s Holding Cell bell, follow the descending path towards the bridge over the river. Cross the bridge, defeat the shielded enemies, and break the barricade beyond them.
Continue along the main path and across the next bridge to find the bell beside a locked gate.
Ruthless Archer Camp
From the Creek Valley Plains Entrance bell, head uphill into the archer camp and defeat the enemies. Climb the stairs beside the chest containing Token of Pursuit to reach the bell at the top.
Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor
From the Ruthless Archer Camp bell, descend the stairs and follow the main path across the large wooden bridge. Defeat the enemies on the far side, then climb the stairs behind them to reach the bell beside the furnace building.
Valley Sha-Chi Tower Summit
From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor bell, enter the furnace building and take the stairs at the back right. Climb the marked wall and continue upwards through the building to the roof. The bell is beside the Shadow Warden.
Waterfall Bridge
From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Summit bell, climb onto the higher roof beyond the Shadow Warden. Follow the marked climbing surfaces, cross the pipe, and turn left to descend the long ladder.
Defeat the enemy below, who drops the Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank, then descend the next ladder to reach the bell near the bridge.
Flesh Lily Fields
From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor bell, go around the furnace and slide down the broken wooden bridge. Follow the uphill path beyond the enemies to Hua’s arena. Defeat her, then activate the bell in the middle of the area.
Great Waterfall
From the Waterfall Bridge bell, cross the bridge and follow the path through the cave. Complete the wall-running section to reach the bell before The Hunt’s waterfall arena.
Long Pillar Overlook
Requires the Sha-Chi Tower Base Camp Gate Key. From the Creek Valley Plains Entrance bell, unlock the gate on the left.
Follow the path downhill towards the mechanism, then uphill towards the fire. Turn right, pass beneath the pipe, and continue through the settlement. The bell is inside the small hut beside the bridge.
Weeping Creek Long Pillar
Requires the Rusted Loong Key and Dread Axe. From the Long Pillar Overlook bell, cross the bridge and follow the path through the wall-running section. Unlock the cave door beyond it with the Rusted Loong Key.
Defeat the enemies inside and break the barricade at the far end with the Dread Axe. The bell is outside, beside the large dragon statue.

Valley Sha-Chi Tower Base
From the Long Pillar Overlook bell, head back through the settlement and past the pipes to the furnace area. Climb over the gears and up the stairs, then clear the enemies near the top.
Follow the path around the back of the large furnace to find the bell.
Crimson Manor
From the Long Pillar Overlook bell, head back through the settlement and past the pipes to the furnace area containing the red lift housing.
Lure an explosive enemy from the nearby stairs towards the blocked entrance so its explosion opens the way. Take the lift down and follow the path towards the manor. The bell is on the right as you approach the building.
Medicine
Focus Pill
Requires the Dread Axe. From The Axemaster’s Holding Cell bell, descend the steps and take the left-hand path. Break the barricade with the Dread Axe and climb to the lookout above. Open the chest on the left to collect the Focus Pill.
Vessel Restorative
From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Base bell, follow the path around the left side of the furnace towards the broken gear. Climb the marked wall and ladder, then follow the wooden platforms and pipes around the furnace.
Continue up the stairs, cross the chain, and climb the final ladder to the top. Defeat the two enemies on the upper platform and open the chest to collect Vessel Restorative.
Keys and Other Important Items
This section covers the keys, quest materials, and additional pickups included in the route. Several are needed to reach collectibles or claim quest rewards.
Four Fierce Axes Tale
At the Broken Puppet Valley bell, look to the right for the tree and small incense shrine. Pick up the document beneath the tree to begin the Four Fierce Axes tale.
Cell Key
From the Outpost bell, climb the stairs and turn right through the archway. Continue up the next stairs and through the house, then climb to the highest level to collect the Cell Key.
It opens the cell below the Outpost’s main entrance, where a Blackstone Fragment is located.
Four Fierce Axes Evidence
At The Axemaster’s Holding Cell bell, inspect the nearby table and collect the document to add evidence to the Four Fierce Axes tale.
Blood-Stopper Vine
From The Axemaster’s Holding Cell bell, descend towards the river beneath the nearby bridge. Clear the enemies, then follow the river to the left to find the glowing herb.
Collect it for Yu’er’s Apprentice Healer request.
Broken-String Bow
From the Creek Valley Plains Entrance bell, head uphill into the archer camp. Defeat all the archers, including those on raised positions, to receive the Broken-String Bow alongside a Blackstone Fragment.
Take the bow to the Brooding Old Archer on the rooftop at the Outpost to have it repaired.
Book by the Archer Camp Stairs
From the Ruthless Archer Camp bell, descend the stairs towards the chest containing Token of Pursuit. Collect the book beside the stairs.
Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank
From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Summit bell, climb onto the higher roof beyond the Shadow Warden. Cross the pipe, turn left, and descend the long ladder. Defeat the enemy at the bottom to obtain the crank.
Twin Flesh Lilies
After defeating Hua, start at the Flesh Lily Fields bell and approach the altar where she stood before the fight. Collect the lilies there, then take them to Yu’er beside Forge at the Outpost.
Primal Stone
Requires the Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank. From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor bell, enter the furnace building and move around to the mechanism at the back.
Insert the crank to open the hatch and collect the Primal Stone. Retrieve the crank afterwards, then take the stone to the Shadow Warden beside the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Summit bell.
Sha-Chi Tower Base Camp Gate Key
Requires the Hunter’s Chain Sickle. From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Summit bell, climb onto the higher roof beyond the Shadow Warden and cross the pipe.
Look up to the right for the grapple point. Use the Hunter’s Chain Sickle to reach the higher platform and collect the key. It opens the gate beside the Creek Valley Plains Entrance bell.
Mechanical Gear
Requires access through the gate beside the Creek Valley Plains Entrance bell. Unlock it with the Sha-Chi Tower Base Camp Gate Key, then follow the path downhill towards the mechanism and uphill towards the fire.
Turn right at the fire, pass beneath the pipe, and climb the stairs into the nearby building. Collect the Mechanical Gear inside.
Rusted Loong Key
Open the chest in the same hut as the Long Pillar Overlook bell. The key unlocks the cave door beyond the bridge and wall-running section.
Congealeaf
From the Long Pillar Overlook bell, cross the bridge and follow the path past the campfire. Complete the wall-running section and defeat the enemy beyond it. Collect the glowing herb near the locked cave door for Yu’er’s Apprentice Healer request.
Blemish Goldweed
From the Weeping Creek Long Pillar bell, beside the large dragon statue, follow the river downstream. Collect the glowing herb at the end for Yu’er’s Apprentice Healer request.
Before heading to Crimson Forest, finish the available quest hand-ins and check the scroll markers you can currently reach. Make sure you have repaired the Feather Bow, claimed the Medicine Case, and delivered the Twin Flesh Lilies and Primal Stone.
