Elden Ring Nightreign is an upcoming FromSoftware title that is a spin-off from the main Elden Ring series. Nightreign includes aspects of the usual Souls-like experience you'd expect but combines roguelike elements designed for a team of three players. In many ways, it's similar to the gameplay loop of Risk of Rain 2.
Before its release, Nightreign had one playtest from February 14-16th but it was only available for console - it will not have a PC playtest. During the playtest, we were able to dive into the game itself, as well as test 4 playable Nightfarers at the time - Wylder, Guardian, Duchess, and Recluse.
What is Nightreign's Release Date?
Elden Ring Nightreign's release date is officially set to May 30th, 2025 for:

- Playstation 5
- Xbox Series X|S
- Xbox One
- PC
As of now there is no confirmation of a Nightreign release for the Nintendo Switch or Switch 2.
