The Arbiter Wing Strikes Paladin Build Guide teaches you about Gear, Skills, Paragon, Playstyle & Seasonal Mechanics in Diablo 4 Season 14.

Core Items and Requirements

Crown of Lucion provides [x]58.5% damage when Mythic, but requires you meet certain thresholds to get the most out of it:
- 10 Faith Regeneration.
- 6 Second or less Fanaticism Aura Cooldown to sustain Crown of Lucion stacks.
Use a 2H Mace or Axe
- We want the slowest weapon possible because Wing Strikes don't scale with Attack Speed.
Transfigure Aspect of Interdiction on Amulet to enable Aspect of Redirected Force and cap Block Chance.
Only use Fists of Fate if it's a Mythic.

Griswold's Opus is very close in damage but doesn't make you squishier.

Cast Arbiter of Justice to get [x]500% damage from Berú of Light's Epiphany.
1. Casts Fortress with Berú of Light's Epiphany.
2. Fortress grants Resolve Stacks to keep Aspect of Glynn's Anvil at full effectiveness.
Use Fanaticism Aura on Cooldown to stack Crown of Lucion.
Use Aegis on Cooldown.
1. Aegis grants 30% Armor and Block Chance to cap our Block for Aspect of Redirected Force
2. Grants Resolve to keep Aspect of Glynn's Anvil at full effectiveness.
Cast Condemn to get 30% Movement Speed that exceeds the 200% Soft-Cap.
1. Groups enemies and applies Vulnerable.
2. Lowers the Cooldown of Arbiter of Justice through Berú of Light's Epiphany.
Cast Rally to get 20% Movement Speed that exceeds the 200% Soft-Cap.

Frequently Asked Questions

Wing Strikes Mechanics

Wing Strikes have a fixed Attack Speed of around 4 hits per second, with a short pause after each 4.
Wing Strikes can benefit from Critical Hit Chance.
Wing Strikes can not trigger Lucky Hit Chance.

Resource Management

None is needed initially. Once we use Crown of Lucion, we need ~10 Faith Regeneration to sustain our Faith.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are we using Block Stuff with a 2H Weapon?

We can still Block with a 2H Weapon, we will just block less damage.

Block enables the powerful Aspect of Redirected Force and Aspect of Interdiction allows us to cap our Block.
