Arbiter Wing Strikes

The Arbiter Wing Strikes Paladin Build Guide teaches you about Gear, Skills, Paragon, Playstyle & Seasonal Mechanics in Diablo 4 Season 13.

Avengers, assemble! This build fully focusing on juicing up the Arbiter Form to unleash smiting Wing Strikes upon all enemies while Gliding through the battlefield.

1. Ascent into Arbiter with Arbiter of Justice.
2. 1. Maintain the Buff up for Aspect of Celestial Strife.
2. Fanaticism Aura and Defiance Aura for their buffs and to refresh Cooldowns with Resplendence Glyph.
3. 1. Defiance Aura gives you Unstoppable.
   2. Fanaticism Aura applies Weaken.
3. Cast Consecration for damage and healing.
4. Use Falling Star for Mobility and to apply Vuln and Weaken.
5. Cast Aegis.
6. 1. Block Chance for Surviability.
   2. Grants Resolve to activate Rite of Might.

Wing Strikes Mechanics

• Wing Strikes is a sub-skill of Arbiter Form, which is triggered from Disciple. It benefits from all Disciple Skill Tag benefits.
• Wing Strikes have a fixed Attack Speed of around 4 hits per second, with a short pause after each 4.
• Wing Strikes benefit from Critical Hit Chance
• Wing Strikes can not trigger Lucky Hit Chance

Resource Management

We only need a little bit to sustain casting our Aura Skills. A few Faith per Second affixes should be enough.
