PaladinThe Arbiter Wing Strikes Paladin Leveling Build Guide teaches you about Gear, Skills, Paragon, Playstyle & Seasonal Mechanics in Diablo 4 Season 14.
Avengers, assemble! This build fully focusing on juicing up the Arbiter Form from the 
Disciple Oath to unleash smiting Wing Strikes upon all enemies while Gliding through the battlefield. Later on, you can equip the Unique Amulet 
Sanctis of Kethamar to truly enhance your Wing Strikes with angelic might! You need to pick up your Disciple Oath as early as possible (Level 15, through the Class Specialization Quest) to benefit from the Wing Strikes as damage dealer. Before that, use 
Advance.
The goal is to remain in Arbiter Form from Disciple Oath at all times, to have the Wing Strikes destroy everything around you. You can keep up Arbiter Form through persistent use of 
Falling Star, 
Condemn and later on Advance Flash of the Blade. Even without any Arbiter Duration tempers on your items, keeping up Arbiter Form becomes very easy through the use of these three abilities.
