Availability and Spawn Location

The Broker is a time-limited shopkeeper in the main game modes (Standard and Ranked). It was available from Sep 29, 2026, to Oct 2, 2026. Valve has teased that it might return again at a later date, so stay tuned!

The Broker's shop appears near the Lane Guardians in the Middle (Blue) Lane for both teams. In Standard and Ranked play, it first opens at around 30 minutes and allows players to enhance one item. It reopens every 15 minutes afterward, allowing one extra item enhancement each time.

In the Street Brawl Mode, the Broker is available in Round 5.

Corrupted Item Mechanics

The Broker can turn your Tier 3 and Tier 4 items into Corrupted Variants for a price equal to the item's original price in Souls:

  • Chosen at random, one or two of the item's original stats will be decreased, shown by the red background.
  • Chosen at random, the item will decrease one or two stats. In most cases, items cannot roll debuffs on stats they already offer (i.e. Ricochet can't roll your Fire Rate), meaning they will lower other stats that the item doesn't buff.
  • The rest of the item's stats will be enhanced. This applies to base stats and passive and active ability stats. In the picture above, Ricochet's passive damage and number of targets are increased.
  • In some cases, items may roll a completely new stat buff. This is chosen at random. In the picture above, the Corrupted Ricochet has increased Ricochet Range.

Note that you can see the outcome of the Corrupted Item before actually buying it.
