The Street Brawl mode has a Best-Of-5 Round format, where each team must destroy the enemy's Guardian to win a round. The first team to win three rounds wins the match.
Players don't earn Souls in Street Brawl. Instead, they are presented with three sets of items from which they can pick one, which means every player gets 3 items per round. One set of items can be re-rolled per round. Street Brawl has exclusive Legendary Items that you cannot get in regular play.
The Items you are offered are tailored to the hero you're playing - You will have a higher chance to get items that synergize with your kit. You are more likely to get specific items that counter enemy heroes, as well. Items might appear as Enhanced, offering higher stats.
When playing against certain enemy heroes, you are more likely to get offered items that counter their abilities. We have listed some of the best counter items for specific heroes below:

In general, you want to pick items that enhance your hero's role in the team - such as DPS, Tank, or Support - and be on the lookout for Legendary items, as they are often more effective than regular items. You should also pick items that counter enemies if offered the chance.

Ability Points are fixed per round, like Items. All players receive 6 ability points in rounds 1 and 2, 5 points in rounds 3 and 4, and 10 points in round 5.
There is only one Zipline in the Street Brawl mode, which will take you directly to the battlefield. The whole Street Brawl match takes place on a single lane, and the larger part of the map is off-bounds in this game mode. There are no neutral objectives like the Mid-Boss or the Soul Urn either.
Troopers spawn faster, deal more damage, and have increased Resistances.
Players can use the Zipline faster - every 20 seconds - and healing in base is twice as fast compared to standard play.
Usually, the objective of Rounds will be to destroy the enemy's Guardian in the lane. However, after winning two rounds, you will have to destroy the enemy Walker to win the game, which has increased HP and damage.
When a round goes over 3 minutes, it enters Overtime, increasing Trooper HP and damage even further and increasing player respawn time from 25-30 seconds to 50-60 seconds.
Even if Troopers don't drop Souls, pushing waves allows your team to pressure enemy structures and heal from Banner Troopers, which allows you to heal back without going back to base.
When a round goes over 3 minutes, it enters Overtime. This doubles respawn times, which means that dying will often make your team lose the round. Likewise, getting a pick on an enemy can often lead to snowballing the round and quickly winning.
Even if the NYC Map is reduced to a single line, there are still tons of buildings and rooms you can enter to take cover, and side alleys you can use to flank enemies. If you're playing short-ranged characters like 
Silver, using interiors to take cover and escape after an engage will protect you from enemies retaliating.
Most rooftops can be reached in Street Brawl, which is even easier when playing heroes like 
Vindicta. Use rooftops and elevated areas to your advantage when taking down enemies from a distance or to take cover from enemies that can't get there. There are vertical Ziplines you can take to reach the rooftops, as well.
Street Brawl is a teamfight-oriented game mode. Coordinating picks and combos with your team can be much more effective than engaging on your own. This makes Street Brawl a great game mode to practice team communication and to up your teamfight skills.
