Spawn Time and Location

The Soul Urn spawns near the bridge in the side lanes, alternating between the Yellow (Left) lane and the Green (Right) lane. It first spawns at 10:00 in the Yellow lane, and subsequent spawns take 5:00.

Delivering the Soul Urn

The Soul Urn can be picked up with a melee attack. Doing so will trigger the event, marking the delivery location on your map and on your screen, which is on the opposite side of the map.

The player who is carrying the Soul Urn receives the following mobility buffs:

  • Increased base move speed
  • Immunity to slows
  • +1 Stamina
  • +10% Dash Distance
  • +25% Stamina Regen

If their team is behind, they also get increasing Sprint Speed, Bullet Resist, and Spirit Resist.

However, they cannot use Ziplines or Teleporters to deliver the Soul Urn, and being stunned or hit by melee attacks will cause them to drop the Urn. It will also periodically speak, letting nearby players know you're carrying it.

Rewards

The Soul Urn has a base reward of 950 Souls at minute 10:00, increased by 350 Souls for each subsequent spawn. These souls spawn as Soul Orbs that can be denied by the enemy team; otherwise, they go to the player who delivered it, who also receives 4 random Permanent Buffs.

Tips and Tricks

The Soul Urn is a strategic map objective that you should prioritize alongside your team. Follow these tips and tricks to make sure you'll succeed:

Pushing Side Lanes

As the Soul Urn spawns at a fixed time, it is important that you push the wave right before it spawns. This will allow you to pick up the Soul Urn while the enemy team is busy taking down your creeps.

Enemies must choose between farming the creep wave and defending the Guardian, or picking up the Soul Urn, which puts you in an advantageous position right away.

Get Help from Teammates

Once you pick up the Urn, the enemy team will try to intercept you in the Jungle before you can deliver it. It is likely that you will encounter players from the lane where you must deliver the Urn, and players in the Middle (Blue) lane might rotate to catch you as well. Communicate with your team so they protect you while you deliver the Soul Urn.

Use the Soul Urn as Bait for a Fight

You can use the Urn to lure enemy players to your position and force them into a fight. This is especially useful when your team rotates to help, which will put your team at a numerical advantage.

Don't Leave your Lane Unattended

You must leave your lane to deliver the Soul Urn, which will put your lane teammate at a numerical disadvantage against the two enemy laners. If your ally hero does not have the ability to push the wave or defend the Guardian, they might get killed, and your team might lose a structure, which is more important than the Soul Urn.

For these reasons, it is important that you know beforehand that your ally can withstand your lane in your absence. Pushing the lane before delivering the Urn is a good way to keep pressure off your lane.
