Weapons
In general for Tediore Throws, you're looking for the highest base damage + mag size combination you can find.
- There's an inverse situation, where you can look for highest base damage at any cost to mag size, meaning you spend less ammo on reloads. This can be especially useful for mobbing and general ammo conversvation.
- Keep in mind there's part locks on some guns, so it's not so clear-cut what you can get without outside knowledge or going through many, many drops.
- The 'Mirv' and 'Legs' variants are pretty meh reload modifiers.
Chuck
Consistency king. High hits per second paired with decently chunky hits means
Bloodletter RNG can be combated pretty well by this.
Very strong weapon for any purpose.
- 'Replicator Homing', 'Replicator Javelin' and non-replicator variants of the same type: they are all very good and situationally better than each other.
Ruby's Grasp
Big damage, multi-hits and homing. Another weapon that winds through consistency, like
Chuck. High hits per second paired with decently chunky hits means
Bloodletter RNG can be combated pretty well by this.
Very strong weapon for any purpose.
- Can roll Daedalus (Underbarrel/Multi-Loader) Mode Switches, meaning it can be used with different ammo pools for maximum flexibility. 'SMG Mode' has an excellent pool for mobbing, as does 'Assault Rifle'. The 'Sniper', 'Assault Rifle' and 'Shotgun' modes also increase damage on throws.
Inscriber
One of the strongest Tediore reloads in the game, with very high potential for one-shots and massive bleeds.
- The highest Torgue (Impact Mag) rolls have the highest base damage but a lower potential mag size. They're very nice for mobbing and ammo conservation, and can work very well for bossing anyway.
- 'Shooting' and 'Shooting Replicator' are the strongest reloads in terms of pure damage. 'Homing' and variants of 'Javelin' reload also nice!
Murmur
Rowan's Charge
Murmur is yet another of the strongest tediore reloads in the game, with very high potential for one-shots and massive bleeds.
Rowan's Charge is a more than adequate replacement that can roll Tediore licenses.- 'Shooting' and 'Shooting Replicator' are the strongest reloads in terms of pure damage. Variants of 'Homing' and 'Javelin' reloads also nice!
T.K's Wave
San Saba Songbird
- Atlas (Dart Underbarrel) or Atlas (Grenade Underbarrel), alongside Tediore (Shooting Thrown Gun) is a very nice roll for boss melts. The Atlas tracker works on the reload shots. Feel free to try any other reload variants, of course.
San Saba Songbird special effect works on tediore throws, both explosion and bullets. Pretty neat little gun for this, as long as you work around the effect. Has nice synergy with
Budget Deity.
Budget Deity
- Look for a 'Homing' or 'Javelin' reload variant, for ease of use. High utility weapon for the 'Shooting' and 'Shooting Replicator'
San Saba Songbird reloads. Make sure to have Atlas on the Songbird. - You can use the
Budget Deity reload to apply Atlas trackers, then swap to the Tediore and Atlas-licensed
San Saba Songbird for its special effect and go straight to throwing, maximizing what you get out of the special effect, since it has a five second timer. - Also works for any other 'Shooting' and 'Shooting Replicator' reloads that have Atlas trackers, it just has a very synergistic use case with
San Saba Songbird.
Tediore AR
Tediore Shotgun
Anarchy
Sideshow
- Any other tediore or tediore-licensed weapons you like.
Anarchy is funny to pre-stack for some one-shots. Of course, it's mostly a gimmicky clip farm thing to do.- Also consider trying out the quirky and gimmicky stuff, like
Sideshow.
Repkit
Order Repkit with 'Enrage' and 'Reload Speed'.
War Paint with 'Enrage' or 'Reload Speed'.
AF1000 or
Triple Bypass with any of the same rolls are also good.
Ordnance
'Crit Knife'
Jakobs Grenade is the main choice for bossing.
For any other activities, you can use whatever you like. Since our reloads are already splash, they can handle vile crystal enemies just fine.
Skully
Order Grenade,
Firepot and
Slippy are fun options.
Class Mod
Stat rolls to look out for on any class mod are:
- Gun Damage
- Kinetic Damage
- Gun Crit Chance
+5
Bloodletter; +2
Material Components
- Main choice for general use. Great synergy with the multi-hit and quick reloads, like
Chuck and
Ruby's Grasp, but it simply works great with all the other weapons too.
+5
Conjunction; +2
Corporeal
+3
Grave Thirst is also nice but only really applies for mobbing.
- Ease of use. Very nice class mod choice that works for all scenarios. Doesn't need any 'Siphon' rolls on the shields.
- Has nice potential burst for the 'Shooting' and 'Shooting Replicator' reload variants, if you get the
Conjunction roll alongside a Gun Damage stat roll.
+5
Deadwire or +5
Shocking Attunement; +2
Target Prescience
Deadwire is quite funny option. It has some high peaks but the RNG involved makes it hard to recommend as a main choice. Very fun when it wants to work.
Shocking Attunement has excellent potential burst for the 'Shooting' and 'Shooting Replicator' reload variants, however it requires swapping to a Shock weapon and back to Kinetic for proper usage. As a bonus, on bosses like Origo you can swap from Kinetic to Shock instead.
+5
Shocking Attunement; +2
Leeching Attunement
Shocking Attunement has excellent potential burst for the 'Shooting' and 'Shooting Replicator' reload variants, however it requires swapping to a Shock weapon and back to Kinetic for proper usage. As a bonus, on bosses like Origo you can swap from Kinetic to Shock instead.
Avatar's increased attunement duration helps make this process less tedious, however you lose access to the two extra stat rolls of Transistor, in comparison.
+4
Fiendish Invigoration; +3
Infusion
- Nice purple option with two good boosts and access to three stat rolls.
Infusion is currently bugged and only rolls up to +3.
- With a Siphon + Vagabond roll, this works very well on this build and gets us some extra damage.
- Double Vagabond (35% Movement Speed) is also very nice for
Teen Witch. - Another roll option is Siphon or Vagabond + Amp, which can be nice for reloads like the
T.K's Wave, since you'll have to shoot once before reloading. That shot will get a great damage boost and may apply good bleeds. Pairs well with
Teen Witch if you'd like to use that.
Protean Cell
- Has the absolute highest peaks due to its bonus shock also applying itself to DoTs (
Bloodletter in our case), but needs playing around its activation mechanic. It's nice for boss melts with any class mod as long as you plan for it.
Teen Witch can make the drain mechanic irrelevant, should you wish to equip this for general use.
Guardian Angel
- Vagabond + Amp, or just Amp. Can be nice for reloads like the
T.K's Wave, since you'll have to shoot once before reloading. That shot will get a great damage boost and may apply good bleeds. Pairs well with any of the class mods.
Enhancement
Hydrator
Quencher
Tediore Enhancement
Stat rolls to look out for on any enhancement are:
- Gun Mag Size
- Gun Type Mag Size
- Gun Damage
- Gun Type Damage
Hydrator
- Very nice bossing option. Works for general use too.
- The damage increase from Digi-Divider gets less relevant on the 'Replicator' reload weapons. However, since we have
Bloodletter and other stacking skills, it is still very useful there.
Quencher
- Nice for mobbing and ammo conservation. It works for bossing too, just has less offensive power but more ammo sustain.
Banger
Tediore Enhancement
- Has access to three stat rolls and is simply a great damage boost. In terms of consistency, this one can be king if you find a nicely-rolled version.
Hydrator may have higher peaks, but it's a wholly mixed situation that depends on many factors. Simply go for the best you find of the two.
