Scourge
This Builds focuses solely on Amon's Blue tree 
Scourge and having our action skill up ALL THE TIME whist freezing all of the enemies in our path, and doing some insane damage with it.
The Bread and butter of this build is 
Eternal Winter which gives us 100% uptime on Scourge
Ordnance damage can be scaled up insanely high and the damage focus on CYRO and SHOCK allows us to deal with every type of enemy.
5 points specced into Blackout perk allows our Ordnance damage to crit and shock and all of out Forgewave damage gets boosted by Ordnance damage so we can get some crazy Forgewave Crits!
No capstone specced yet but when we hit level 50 we can go into 
Wrathfall
