With massive help from fellow dataminer CZ47, we have put together a list of all new drop rates including Big Encore Bosses, Shinies & More.

Before you read the table below, it's important to know how drops in the game work. When you kill a boss, it has a number (mainly 3) of unique drops in the item pool that can drop all at once. Each item has its own rate, and is tied to a Data Table value.
As it stands, the following rows exist for loot to use. Some names here are self-explanatory.
With that out of the way, below we have organized every current drop in the game under each categoric value. If an item lies under Primary for example, it will use the Primary value. The only outlier to this rule are RAID BOSSES who use their own unique tables. Their items and rates will be listed individually at the bottom of this page.
Another outlier is Big Encore Bosses. In a general sense, any drops from a Big Encore Boss will always have a drop chance of 25%
Shiny Items will ALWAYS share the same drop rate of 0.3% (without UVH active), unless the boss you kill is a Big Encore Boss, at which point the rate becomes 0.7%
The complete list of items can be found below. Please note that any duplicate entries in numerous tables means that the drop has numerous sources. At this time, we believe this to be unintentional.
Before reading the table below, it is important to note that on January 29th, 2026 - Gearbox made a change to Borderlands 4 in which almost all rates are scaled depending on your UVH level. In the table below, you will find the breakdown. Make sure to apply it to any item you see in the table further down to ensure you get the correct drop odds for your targeted item.

For example, if the bod has a 9% drop chance but you are playing on UVH Level 6, your actual dedicated drop chance is now going to be 21%
NOTE: As of this time, Big Encore & Big Encore Shiny drop chances are not affected by these boosts
