How to Unlock the Legendary Rainmaker Sniper Rifle

The Rainmaker is a legendary Ripper Sniper that drops from the Raid Boss Bloomreaper.

Its Irrigation ability occasionally prevents ammo being consumed, making this is a powerful gatling gun Sniper.

Unlock Location:

In order to access Bloomreaper, you must first complete the main campaign. Whereas being level 50 is not mandatory, it is recommended due to the challenge of the boss itself.

Proceed to one of the new Raid Boards in any of the main hubs. They are similar to the Bounty Boards but instead offer challenges for Raid Bosses.

Collect the Bloomreaper activity and head over to Tonnage Peel in Carcadia Burn. Enter The Bloom and fight your way through to the boss!

Farm Method:

• Defeat Bloomreaper in UVHM Platinum-tier (defeat the boss in under 90s) for a guaranteed drop of the Rainmaker.
• Utilize the Encore Machine to repeatedly farm Bloomreaper.
