Mantra is a Legendary 
Maliwan Shotgun that deals Melee damage. It pulls similarities with the Facepuncher from previous Borderlands titles.
Mantra drops from the Raid Boss Bloomreaper.
This is a must-have weapon for Melee builds, particularly for 
Rafa and 
Amon.
In order to access Bloomreaper, you must first complete the main campaign. Whereas being level 50 is not mandatory, it is recommended due to the challenge of the boss itself.
Proceed to one of the new Raid Boards in any of the main hubs. They are similar to the Bounty Boards but instead offer challenges for Raid Bosses.
Collect the Bloomreaper activity and head over to Tonnage Peel in Carcadia Burn. Enter The Bloom and fight your way through to the boss!
