Progress through the Main Quest of the Story Pack. From the DNC Feuermann Fast Travel Station, follow the path to fight Colonel Crash.
Alternatively, teleport into the Maelstrom zone and interact with the door to travel back, since it's quicker than making your way through the entire path from the Fast Travel.
- Head back and use the Encore Machine to farm.
