How to Unlock

Unlock Location:

Progress through the "Mad Ellie Vault of the Damned" DLC
Continue though the mission "What Lies Dreaming" where you will encounter a boss "Colonel Crash"

Farm Method:

Defeat the Colonel Crash.
After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
Repeatedly defeat "Colonel Crash" until Blood Moon drops.
