How to Unlock
Unlock Location:
- Progress through the "Mad Ellie Vault of the Damned" DLC
- Continue though the mission "What Lies Dreaming" where you will encounter a boss "Colonel Crash"
Farm Method:
- Defeat the Colonel Crash.
- After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
- Repeatedly defeat "Colonel Crash" until Hemorrhage drops.
