Ricochet Rafa is Rafa's overall best build in the endgame, taking ad clear to the next level due to the 
Double-Ought Autoshot melting enemies and ricocheting insane damage all over the screen due to 
Lateral Plinking, which we can keep up permanently due to 
Juerga and 
Inspirado. Our overall damage goes absolutely through the roof with 
Temerario scaling paired with 
Soltado and the 
Dancer class mod. We also have quite a bit of movement speed due to 
Overdrive, along with some defense from 
Resiliencia. We use a 
Hot Slugger shotgun for mobbing which is arguably the best gun in the entire game, that scales incredibly with the ricochet benefits of this build, and 
Vitriol buffs it pretty substantially. Overall this is an extremely powerful build with few downsides if played properly

Skill Tree
49 points looks stupid but Inspirado is mandatory for your clearing to feel buttery smooth so you never lose your 
Peacebreaker Cannons. You could swap the tree and optimize a tiny bit of extra boss dps paired with Bullet-Buddy Deluxe, grabbing stuff like 
The Thrill but it would be bossing specific, or you'd just have to deal with inconsistent clear speed.
We don't put a point into Soltado because we get +1 from our class mod and they don't stack. If you don't yet have the class mod, put the point here and take 1 out of Inspirado
The 
Instinto augment is insane for mobbing, allowing your cannons to have very high crit chance/damage & making sure you can stay in your Peacebreaker Cannons at all times. You can easily swap to Bullet-Buddy Deluxe for giga boss melts with certain weapons such as the 
Bod or 
Kaoson

Mobbing: Hot Slugger is by far the best gun for mobbing with this build, other honorable mentions include 
Wombo Combo and 
Linebacker
Bossing: Try to get a Bod with Torgue Stickies, ideally with a sniper underbarrel but honestly any version will work fine or the Kaoson. Make sure to use Bullet-Buddy Deluxe on bosses paired with this, and you can easily nuke any boss in the entire game. You can also use a shotgun with the Spread Launcher attachment for easy one shots paired with amp on a repkit, but it is a bit inconsistent. There are also some bugged weapons mentioned in my video, but these listed options are not bugged.
Class Mod: Dancer from 'Idolator Sol' - Fortress Indomita, Fadefields class mod is insane, try to get +5 into Temerario and action skill duration / gun damage / action skill damage
Shield: 
Protean Cell from 'Fractis' - Order Bunker, Carcadia Burn, is very good for extra boss dps. Otherwise 
Super Soldier from 'Vile Lictor - His Vile Sanctum, Umbral Foundry, is strong for the ammo regen and movement speed. Any shield with Siphon Tolling is extremely strong for this build too from a defensive perspective
Enhancements: Jakobs is good paired with Hot Slugger, I recommend the ricochet 1 additional times. Try to get shotgun damage and gun damage
For bossing look for anything that will pair well with your Bod, keep in mind it counts as ALL guns
Knife: Penetrator augment go brr
Repkit: Anything will do, I like using a 
War Paint with enrage on it for the movement speed and extra damage.
